The room was disgusting! Was dirty on arrival, also killed several cockroaches, even in my bed. Will not stay there again.

Caution! We were in town for a basketball tournament with our children. Opened the door to our room to see two people having sex. Hotel smelled heavily of marijuana as well. Not the place for my family or the 3 other families we booked there with.

This property was okay. The reception/lobby wasn't spacious. There was no elevator (I guess it's because there are only two floors), the internet was horrible, my bedsheet had a cigarette burn spot, and the big towels in the bathroom looked a little bit old and worn out. Overall, it was not too bad. Also, I left my email for the guy in the reception to send me a receipt because the complexity of my reservation (it was broken in two parts). He never sent it. He only told me to leave my email so he wouldn't have to deal with the situation.

My wife and I checked into this hotel last week and while I was showering I found a COCKROACH on the shower curtain. I took pictures and made a video and showed it to the man sitting at the front desk. I told him that I would like a refund as this is unacceptable. He told me that COCKROACHES is a common complaint by many other customers at this hotel. He added that cockroaches are common in other hotels as well and that my situation was nothing new. He said the most he can do is move me to a CLEANER room and that was about it. In addition to this, I noticed that the wifi was not working as soon as I checked in. The front desk told me that there are technical difficulties and the situation should be better the next day. The wifi never came back on and the most I was offered was the front desk's personal wifi. It made me wonder if they were offering the front desk's wifi to every customer in the hotel room instead of having a general wifi for the entire hotel as ADVERTISED on their page. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BAD MANAGEMENT, NO WIFI, AND COCKROACHES. SHAME ON YOU.

The staff was fabulous! The place was neat and tidy but dated. The walls are a bit thin so I was waking to other peoples alarms. The desk and desk chair were perfect for work I had to do while there. The desktop had more than enough space. The desk chair was adjustable and very comfortable.

Extremely disappointed. Killed multiple roaches in my room. Room was not clean. Stains on chairs. Dust everywhere. Would never stay here again.

went there with persons with disabilities and had 8 rooms and 5 where on the 2nd level and they had no elevator.

Good location friendly staff and comfortable basic rooms. Close to restaurants and highways. Only issue is parking is limited so don't come back too late or you may find that a challenge, but they do allow some parking in non traditional places.

This has been my go-to hotel when I’ve stayed in Arlington. It’s clean, convenient and the staff is attentive.

Did not stay, forgot to cancel steal got charged for a night. So I really can't tell you anything. Very disappointed with obits and says inn

I stayed there two nights and I paid about $65 a night on Orbitz. It was fine. If you are looking for $100+ rooms then you need to stay in Hyatts or better. For those who want a comfortable place to sleep and a small hot breakfast you can't beat this place for the price. The employees were all very nice. Of course I saw worn furniture and and other imperfections. What you do get is a comfortable bed at a solid price. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with sausage links and the cream sauce if you wanted to put over that. You can also do oatmeat, breads, 2 cereals. Not elaborate so the non picky eater will do fine. 4 different coffees out also. I don't drink it so I am no expert. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a WalMart on the other side of the highway if you need it.is about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic to UT Arlington or to both stadiums.
