It was a very nice experience. Greeted immediately by a friendly staff every time I passed them. Parking was easy, workout room very clean with well operating equipment and the food was very good.

Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. They were very accommodating.

I have very disappointed with this hotel for many reasons. Do not stay here. We had a reservation for double beds and was told on arrival it was sold out and we had to have a king bed with an extra bed for our kids. the extra bed was a full size air mattress. this air mattress had a slow leak and was a disaster especially for the comfort of two little kids who ended up on the floor at 1 am and waking entire room up. Not only that, the air mattress was a joke. They brought it up, taped a leak in our room and it was not even a courtesy to offer us anything else. The women who checked us in was super rude to us in person. She also seemed rushed and abrupt. I think they were under staffed and overwhelmed as the hotel was sold out. Also, one elevator was down most of the night. The next day when i complained to the check out staff, nothing was done either. They do not care about customer service here and do not care about your comfort.

Hotel is clean and looks flawless. However, no free breakfast, no free wifi, and I asked for an extra blanket and none available.

I booked my room 5 months in advance, but that had no preference in the eyes of the hotel. I reserved a double bed room for my family of four. The hotel gave preference to another large group by giving away all the double bed rooms and roll away beds. My family had to sleep on the floor! We later asked if we could get bedding for the floor. The night clerk on Dec. 19, 2015 was the rudest we have ever dealt with, not only to us, but everyone who approached her. I travel worldwide and regularly stay at Marriott, however, this is by far my worst experience I've ever had. Why pay top dollars for a quality hotel if they make your family sleep on the floor?

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, roughly 20 miles from downtown Dallas, but there are multiple restaurants and shops in reasonable walking distance. The hotel was very clean, had a nice bar, fitness center and pool. Overall a pretty good experience.

The hotel is situated within 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms are large. No great view outside and restaurent is not great. Ample free parking space. Free wifi on weekends was most welcome

Nice, clean, new amenities...even though it is on the final approach to DFW, the hotel is quiet. Very, very quiet. Perfect for light sleepers after a long day of traveling.

The hotel and staff went above and beyond the two weeks I was there. I was set me up with a more comfortable room and whenever I needed something it was just a phone call away(ex more hangers and a mini fridge). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is in great condition with new machines. The hotel is very close to the hotel but there are no noise issues.

Everything was great especially the cleanliness. Not sure why the wifi is not free like the other Marriott hotel we stayed in. Those little $10 - $15 fees add up on a week long trip.

The jolted was nice but I will stay somewhere with more am dining options in the future.

This hotel was near the wedding venue. It was very clean and the employees were awesome. Only complaint was the indoor "heated pool" wasn't technically "heated".

Overall hotel was nice but a few things were ridiculous, hotel charging for wifi that's ridiculous, we are already paying over a hundred a night, and now pay a extra ten dollars. RIDICULOUS!!! They don't shuttle anywhere, others hotel would shuttle. I requested a two queen sized beds and ended up getting a king bed. I wouldn't stay there again.

It was ok. Best part were all of the LSU fans at the hotel.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for the U of M vs Alabama football game. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is for the restaurant food service time. The hotel was filled with fans for both teams and we were getting back to the hotel from the game @ 10:45 pm and later. The kitchen closed down at 11:00 pm and many of us came in just after 11:00 hungry and willing to spend money on food. It was very disappointing that the hotel had not thought in advance to extend their time to accommodate guests for this event.

The room I stayed in had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The room was very clean and everything worked.

Was in town to visit friends and the location was only minutes away from where they lived. Room was comfy cozy and the staff was excellent! Very polite and prompt. Can't wait to go back soon.

Nice hotel to stay and relax before trip back home. Rooms were average but bar was excellent!

Much better than last stay at 3-star hotel through [...]. Last place was filled with flies. Seems there is quite a difference between a 4-star (this hotel)and a 3-star (last trip-different hotel) hotel rating. Learned the hard way, but much better at this place. Dining in the hotel is quite expensive, but service was great.

Hotel was impressive, great lobby. rooms were roomyand easy to reach. Front desk was unable to book a room at another marriot in san antonio (they didn't have the resources) No exhaust in the bathroom, sure got foggy. Why no mini fridge or microwave in the room. No real problems, just a few wonder whys?
