The carpet smelled bad and the room had ants. The room is okay for the price. Very convenient for 1-2 people and close to my job.

I usually don't write reviews and if I do, it's always something good not bad. However, I must write a bad review about this hotel. After checking in, I walked into the room and first thing I noticed was the smell and the very old furniture. it smelled like an ash tray mixed with mildew in the room. I had to open the door to get fresh air. It came with 1 and half pillow on the bed and they were also horrible. After 10 min sitting on the bed I finally couldn't take anymore. Went to front desk for a refund. For the area, this hotel should be a little more decent. I truly don't recommend. Although you get what you pay for, this is not worth it.

Could not check into our room because the lady at the front desk wouldn't accept my forms of ID. I had to leave the hotel and still not in a room and it's 2am.

I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The sheets weren't too clean either, but for the price I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel.

The room was small but it really served it's purpose. I was there for one night.

Ordinary at best. Staff is terrible. Room was comfortable but very small. I would not recommend this place.

the room was not cleaned daily the trash never taken out and the towels were not replaced daily

Hotel room was filthy. The entire bottom of the shower curtain was black with mold. The tub appeared to have never been cleaned before. No utensils in the drawers in my kitchenette.

I was delayed in traffic, but called to let them know I would be checking in late. At 15 min to midnight I was trying to get into the office for 10 min. to check in. They say they're a 24 hour motel, but they didn't act like it. Access was easy, prices are reasonable for what you get.

I stayed at this hotel because I needed to have a kitchenette available. The staff was pleasant enough but the hotel has seen better days. My first non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and the shower was bascially just a hose stream of water. They couldn't move me the first night becsue they were full but I moved to a different room the next day which was better but just barely OK. Its not horrible but I won't stay there again. Tons of great places to dine within a short drive.

This was my first time staying at the Homestead, it was in a very quiet upscale location. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there and will be going back. Thanks for all youer assistance at the front desk.

I was disappointed with the room the shower curtain was nasty had some kind of marks on the bottom. Also the toilet ran all night and the bed hard as a rock. I have stayed @ the location in PHX that is very nice; but I will not be staying Dallas location again. Add to the issues when I logged in to check my e-mail after getting a code I was told that I would be charges $4.99 for their service. This is the first place that has charges me a fee while staying at their location. The young lady that checked me in was very nice she assisted me with some places that I was trying to find.
