The room was clean, but towel service non-existent during the stay. Renovations made the access inconvenient at times and other guests were noisy. The Wi-Fi was poor and staff did not know how to improve reception.

I chose this hotel because of the price and because it was close to DFW, since I had to fly out the next day. I've stayed in worse places, and it was adequate for my needs, but the room didn't smell fresh, the bed was not great, and overall it was not as nice as a Motel 6. I felt a bit uncomfortable with some of the people there who seemed to be longer-term residents, but I didn't have any trouble.

This is by far the most disgusting motel I have ever been to. The odor when I walked in the room was awful, the carpets were stained and disgusting. I am usually not very picky about most things. I had to go to the store and buy a scented candle, and some air freshener just to tolerate the odor. If I had been able I would have went to another motel. There was mold in the shower, the walls above the shower stall were peeling and the mold was coming through. the area around the "Kitchenette" was dirty and signs of mold were showing in the caulking. The bed appeared to be clean, as did the sheets, however I did not sleep under the covers, I remained clothed and slept on top of the bedspread. My room was a non-smoking room, but part of the odor in the room was of stale cigarettes. Smokers stood outside on the walkway and smoked and the second hand smoke would get sucked into the air conditioner and into my room. I asked them to move several times to no avail. In addition to all of that the old style tube TV did not have a remote control, and I had to change the channels and volume control manually. I am usually not to picky about the places I stay, but in this case I would never recommend anyone ever stay at this place.

My room was to be non smoking and when i told the desk clerk she said oh no. So I showed her the booking info and sure enough it said no smoking. Gave me a different room or said so. The room was dirty, stuff on the walls and doors. no cups or glasses for a glass of water at all. Old ancient tiny tv. pulled out the drawer on the chest of drawers under the tv and half a drawer fell out in my hand. Furniture came from the dollar store of walmart. No one in office from 11p to 7a the desk clerk said. When I walked down from my room there were 2 guys trying to get into a room with a credit card. no phone book or info on restaurants or anything. Surely wont stay there again!!!!! If you are going to run a hotel you should do basic cleaning and upkeep and have at least a plastic cup to get water from the dirty faucet!

A quick 2 day stay close to Las Colinas allows me to drive there in 5 minutes from hotel location. Close to DFW also.

Very unclean hotel I could not not believe the level of dust and even staff left under the bed... Very poor service!

For a great price, you get a comfortable room, a good location, stress free and problem-free. If you need plates/cups/coffee-maker/hangers/etc, you need only ask at the front desk, which has someone on duty 24/7. Wifi was free and worked fine. TV, comfortable beds, mini-fridge, etc all as expected. It's economy prices for an economical stay, but what more could you need? We didn't find an ice-machine, though perhaps we didn't look hard enough. You can make ice in your mini-fridge though. (There was also a laundry room and vending machines somewhere, but we didn't need those.) Also there was only 1 mirror in the whole room - in the bathroom. Other mirrors and/or a full-length mirror would have been nice, but at this price we were hardly going to complain. There's a CVS and other shops and fast-food within walking distance. It was pretty quiet while we were there - only heard the occasional rolling-by outside of a large cleaning cart or suitcase. Elevators available. All room doors are on the outside, rather than through an central interior hallway. No breakfast or pool. Typical for an extended-stay sort of location.

The value was great but the room was not clean. could be better for this type of lodging value living.

The price good cheep because I used my "O" bucks(wish I would have saved) the room used very dirty. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. only for a night.

This hotel was a great steal, at the price I paid for! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it wasn't confusing to navigate. The dishes could've been a little more clean, though.

I booked this room looking for a good value. I wasn't expecting much, but I expect a clean room at any price. The man at the office was friendly, but the check-in process took much longer than other hotels. I arrived late at night ready to lay down and relax only to find a lot of hair on the pillows and sheets. I went to grab a towel from the bathroom to remove the hair but the first towel was a little dirty. I threw it on the floor and grabbed the next towel. Looking around the bathroom I noticed the shower floor wasn't completely clean. I then went to remove the hairs from the bed and noticed the comforter had stains on the inside. The comforter went on the floor. The room had a kitchenette which was nice until I looked at the utensils which had spots all over them. On it's own this wouldn't be a big deal and I would have cleaned them before use anyway but this just added to the dirtiness of the room. I will say I didn't call the front desk asking for the room to be cleaned so they didn't have an opportunity to fix the situation. It was midnight and I just wanted to relax, plus there were so many issues it wasn't like someone just overlooked something. I'm not a difficult person to please, I just expect a clean room. See my previous review for a great value in the Dallas area.

Very good value for the money. Only complain I have is that althought i was in non smoking room, there was some smoke smell.

Plain, basic, no frills. Check in was very slow and I felt scrutinized. No hair dryer, no shampoo. Room was not cleaned for second night, Front door stuck on the molding. Near the airport but a very mixed location. I will do something different for my next trip to Dallas

Very close to food places, good price, good location. Refrigerator and microwave good on saving money.

The front desk closes at 11pm. Overall it's good for the price nothing special.

Can't more expect for this price, I liked for short stay.

Pretty okay. Not to shabby. Kitchen in room was very convenient. Would stay here again. I brought my own sheets. I don't think they wash the comforters.

I attend all the Cowboys games so I usually stay in Arlington, but this was a business trip and needed to be in the Irving area. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It got the job done and I have no complaints.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time, the rooms have been very clean and spacious. There is ample parking, the location is great, the look of the hotel is nice, and it is very quiet. My favorite part though is the mini kitchen in each of the rooms- two burner stove, counter space and a kitchen sink in addition to the usual microwave and refrigerator. Combined with the great price, you can't go wrong staying here.

Been at this hotel before and was super impressed. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and impressive. This time however, things were lacking. The TV was unplugged with a sticky note on the front that said "Not work." There was a spot for a microwave, but the microwave itself was missing... Still a clean and spacious room, so I'll try this hotel one more time, especially since it's in a nice location/neighborhood and the staff is very friendly.
