Our first tip off that we shouldn't have bought the vouchers was when we asked when breakfast was and the front desk told us it wasn't free as we were going to our room. We turned back around and said we had bought the rate with breakfast included. The front desk person told us if we would come back sometime later, there would be vouchers, but not right then. We dutifully return later and a different person locates these vouchers for us. In the morning we used the vouchers without much incident. Our trip was then cut dramatically short. We had prepaid for 2 nights and four vouchers and had to check out after one night. Our suite was over $200 a night, but they told us they could not refund anything. At this point, facing a long drive, we brought out our vouchers at the Starbucks counter. They had in writing that they were good until the following morning and listed a free drink per person and a "breakfast" item. The barista said all she had were the left over wrapped up items that we could choose from, and she started making our drinks. You probably know what happened next--they charged us for everything (to our incidental card). I called back to ask them to adjust our bill. They said they can't do anything until their accounting department opens, and even then they can't guarantee if or when accounting will return our call. We should just keep calling. They are going to open an "investigation". Sounds like fun, right? Originally, I enjoyed the hotel. Balcony is nice.

Good location, nice friendly staff. Food in the hotel is not the best. The car park is small and very often I had to use the multi story car park across the road

good room only knocks on the place is two items no body wash provided dont like bar soap and for the price breakfast should be included.

The service was on par with my Ritz Carlton experience. I was starting to wonder if they thought I was a celebrity until I watched them provide the same service to another customer. Very nice!

Great location and friendly staff. Very nice lobby area. Our room smelled a little musty when we walked in, but it soon disapated. We plan on staying here again next year.

I use this hotel when I am there on business. It is the best in the area. However would like a breakfast included.

Location was excellent. Close to malls, restaurants and highway 75 access. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms were clean. Very pleasant stay.

The room was too small for a family of four with teenaged children. There was a king sized bed and a fold out couch that slept 1 teen comfortably. The other teen slept on an air mattress on the floor. Even if only 2 adults had stayed in this room, it would have been cramped. We did have a balcony. That was a nice feature, but we could not get to it with the fold out couch in the way. The pool area was nice and we could walk to food and to the rink from the hotel which was awesome.

This was the perfect hotel for us! We wanted to be close to the outlet mall and other stores. Across the street from Whole Foods and a coffee shop helped make up for the lack of continental breakfast. The room was lovely! The bed was a little hard for me, though. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, clean rooms, shower pressure wasn't that great, but the shower itself was nice. rooms were a bit smaller, but had everything you needed. bed was very comfortable. We requested a late checkout and it was granted without issue. Overall an excellent hotel.

Wish we could have spent more time at the hotel and in the room. Very nice and clean. Only 1 small thing. We came back in the evening and couldn't find a parking spot around the hotel, but there is a parking garage next to it, so we parked there.

No bottled drinking water in the room. Not acceptable.

Our visit was for an out of town wedding that we attended. Hotel staff was very friendly and stay was very nice.

Two issues. 1. Handicapped room was in name only. Needed bars on both sides of toilet and toilet nees to be taller. Bar in shower was not enouch. Needed a long bar along the side of the shower. It was a very difficult week for my husband who is disabled with Parkinson's Disease. . 2. I expected a real restaurant where I could sit down and order a meal. When I pay $141.00 per night I expect a little nicer ambience in food service. However, food was really good. No lunch service was very inconvenient.

My husband and I are relocating to TX and weren't sure where to stay in Allen, TX. So, we decided upon the Courtyard Marriott and couldn't have been happier. The room was large and very clean. There's nothing I hate more than a hotel bathroom that doesn't look like the floors or shower floor weren't washed and that wasn't the case here. The hotel is also located near a shopping mall and several restaurants. I know I'll be in Allen, TX again as we continue our house hunting search and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a nice hotel that I stay at when I'm in town for business. Had one experience where a few small details were missed but usually very nice.

Wonderful stay, very relaxing, staff awesome! Will definitely stay again.

Conducted business with nothing missing. Trip comparable to others, it was fine. I waited about ten minutes to check in, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Front desk clerk was not friendly at all.

My third time at this hotel. The first time I had something stolen from my room but the second and third times everything went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and requesting a higher floor room is offered as an option. Staff has always been helpful and nice. It's very convenient for shopping as Whole Foods is across the street and the mall and outlets are next door! Watch out if you like In N Out burgers because they just opened one up a block away! Lines are around the block!

We loved the indoor pool. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Only negative is that the king size bed room does not come with a microwave.
