The lobby is great, breakfast & staff are great, but overall the hotel just needs a little more attention. There are weeds around the outside of the building. The area around the hotel isn't the greatest, and it looks like there may be people that actually live in the hotel, with cars parked in the lot that look like they haven't moved in a while. It tends to make me feel a bit unsafe. But on the positive side, the courtyard is very nice with plenty of chairs & a fire pit. The pool area looked clean, and nice.

Stayed in bedroom suite for 6 of us. Positive: About 16 minutes away from airport, decent breakfast, gated hotel, spacious rooms, pretty clean, friendly staff, first time staying in a hotel with access to a patio with pool. Negative: Refrigerator doesn't work, fire pit doesn't light up fire, one of our bedroom keys didn't work.

So if you are staying here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight----it isn't the place! It is actually a 10 minute rattling shuttle ride away from the airport! And it is not located in the best of neighborhoods either.

I was very impressed by the remodel of the Inn. It was matched my the great service I received from the lady that worked during the evening that I checked in.

We were staying in Dallas for Market and this hotel was just perfect for what our needs were. Super close to some great eating establishments, a great movie theater and easy to navigate!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay . For our 2 adults and 2 pre-teens the suite was comfortable. Would return with kids. Location was good, easy access. loved the gated parking.

We stayed two nights and nobody ever came to clean the room. They said we may have had the "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door but I'm sure we did not. When we called the front desk for towels they said we had to come get them and when we went to get them they didn't even have any, they said someone would have to bring them to us later. I just wasn't happy with their service.

The refrigerator was broken and the shower leaked. There were 2 patio doors in the room that we never could figure out how they worked.

My Shower was broken, barely any water pressure out of shower head, tub very slippery with oil on the bottom, and no shower mat, nearly fell twice... there is a "CLUB" behind the hotel, and they are open until 2am... you can hear the music pounding the walls in your room until 2am... also, hotel is along the highway, lots of noise all night long... this place is old and tired, they remodeled it, however tired is tired... it was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the pounding music and crappy shower ruined this stay, not coming back.

After a long day of shopping at Grapevine Mills it was just what the four of us needed. Everyone had a bed of their own and space of their own and all of it for such a great price!

Enjoyed our trip! The hotel staff was very friendly and answered questions about the area.

Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean and had plenty of towels.

Not too close to the entrance of Love Field but lots of stuff in the area and easy access from the freeway.

TV was HD but no HD channels avaialble....the room was a little rough and beat up in spots but very clean!

Very Convenient Location ,and Comparatively not a bad price.

This hotel was so far away from down town the cabs were anywhere from 20-40$ ridiculous. The tv couldn't be plugged in with the microwave or it didn't work and no ice available when needed. The room was okay and being gated was a plus but this will be the last time I stay here next time ill use and recommend the one next door spring hill suites.

Totally acceptible experience and biestro had good food at reasonable prices although competition provides free breakfasts. Staff was friendly and room was clean; beds were comfortable.

We had a very nice stay, but I was most impressed with the staff and their efforts to please.
