Great room…mediocre Continental breakfast

like proximity to freeway need a little better breakfast
We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, we received a room with one king and a fold out couch. When we opened the couch it was a 4 “ mattress covered in hard plastic and no bedding. Needless to say, two of the people in our party did NOT sleep well. We also only received towels for two people.... We won’t be back.
The hotel was okay for a one night stay. I wouldn't recommend it for any special occasions. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if you're on the second floor. Our room had dog hairs on one of the beds, and we found dog food on the floor, near the base of that bed.

There aren't a lot of choices of places to stay in Dallas. The Best Western seems to be the best one. It's very basic but if you are just looking for somewhere to crash at night it works. It's realatively clean and the free breakfast is convenient.
