Definately a budget motel. Acceptable but barely, seems to serve as a home away from home for construction workers. There also appears to be a lot of homeless staying here. Since I was there with my buddies for a Cowboys game it didn't matter, I wouldn't bring my wife here.

I have stayed here in the past and wasn't happy then, but when the occupancy of other hotels forces you to pick some place else, there isn't much you can do. The desk/table had sticky rings on the surface when I checked in. They were never cleaned. The day before my last night my room was never serviced at all. There were roaches in the bathroom. When I told the desk staff about all this there was no attempt to make things better only the normal we will look into it reply.

Very friendly staff quick and efficient. Rooms are comphertabl for the price.

My family stayed there a week. The hotel was decent.

Was in town for a training class and found this place online as a last minute deal, had a better rating for the money than some of He others. My first room 133 had bird droppings or another critters fences stuck inside the vent screen and when reported they initially said its okay it won't make me sick because they run those heaters all the time with no problems... I clearly stated I needed heat in my room and I own chickens and I wear a mask when around their fecal matter because it is health hazardous... They offered a refund (I had no place to go) so then they offered to clean it and that would have been just fine. I went to my room and the front desk called to let me know they had a smaller room available... They moved me to room 235... Completely different heater style (so grateful for that!!) I downsized beds from a king to a queen but it was still comfortable to sleep on. The continental breakfast was really good with a variety of options available and overall the hotel was clean. I'm a neat freak so I see spots that need cleaned all the time but the hotel was a typical hotel for the value. The staff offered pizza coupons so that was a plus. Grateful for the bed and warm room while staying for my training.

It was just what I expected and the price was right

The hotel lobby and the rooms are not clean, smoke smell was present, not worth for the money. I had stayed at Ramada In in another city and they were nice but not this one

The hotel is quite old so it's not luxurious at all. It's decent for a cheap place to sleep in Plano. It is clean.

The hotel was nice. Wasn't what we expected. The area was nice. Up on arrival we had one room that wasn't clean. N in the other room mini refrigerator wasn't on. The front desk people were very nice. N yes I'd stay there again

This place use to be better. Everything looks dirty and the a/c does not work very well. I will not be staying here anymore.

Hotel rooms are quite worn out. Chair for desk had large holes in it, towels were very old, comforter had cigarette burn holes in it.

If you want to rest and you do not need anytingh else like room service is OK

Where to begin. First, the elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. There was no air conditioning in the lobby. We get to our room and there is wallpaper peeling off the wall, the air conditioner barely worked (blew slightly cool air if you were sitting right next to it). The bedspread had patches, the windows had NO screens on them. The refrigerator was not plugged in and took quite some time to cool down. Several families from our softball team stayed here and the girls wanted to swim. There was a dead possum in the pool along with two floating beer cans. The continental breakfast consisted of stale cereal, toast and muffins. This was a waste of money and I will never stay at another Ramada hotel ever again. Ramada should be embarrassed to have a hotel like this with their name on it.

The rate was low and so I didnt really expect much. Basically I got what I paid for.

The staff is very accommodating, and the room is clean and comfortable enough. It's not a five star hotel, but it's a great value for the money. The breakfast is average at best, but it's free, so who can complain? This was the second time I've stayed there, and I would stay again. I also recommend this place to others.

I had forgotten why I didn't want to use this hotel no matter how inexpensive it might be. The maintenance is poor. For example the carpets have Big damaged spots both in my room and in the elevator. The rolling chair for the desk had a broken roller that came out from under the chair when I sat in it. The desk people seem nice but the supervision of the cleaning staff seems lax. This time and last, they seem to forget to replace towels, hand cloths and bath mats randomly.

Great. Hospitality.service waz e to Wonderful. Would recommend th o public .Facebook family

it was pretty good, have stayed a few times and will again

We booked this hotel through Online. We pulled in the parking lot to see empty beer cans and garbage. We got to our room and no comforter, just stained sheets and thin stained blanket. Obviously this room wasn't cleaned, so asked for another room. It doesn't get much better. Towels had hair on them, missing microwave, dirty carpet, toilet seat hanging off, and hair in shower. The wall decor was broken. I was not going to attempt the continental breakfast in the morning. Yes, we stayed the night since it was so late and I showered with shoes on. We asked for a refund the next day and found another place to stay. Dirty hotel that needs lots of maintenance!! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

the AC did not work in the room, it was making a very loud noise and the did nothing about it for us
