The room was dirty, hair everywhere, sticky floors, bed sheets were not clean and room had a smell. They did offer me another room however, it was Worse than the first. The room smelled as though, a bug bomb at been set off in the room a few hours previous to me opening the door. The bed sheets had burns and the second room was still dirty. The hotel was very nice about giving me my money back, but I would NEVER stay there.

I stayed here for almost a week. The room was older but overall it was great for the price I paid and housekeeping came by everyday. Only thing was the tv was very static at first but once I fixed the wire it was good.

Older hotel but for the price it's fairly nice and clean.

Good place for a night or a week or just in town to visit.

For the money spent it was tolerable. Wasn't cleaned very well at all before i arrived. Check in was quick and easy after booking last minute and staff was very friendly. Hotel itself just needs serious to. But if youre in a pinch and limited on funds this is the place to go.

Stayed there one night, no complaints. The king size bed was really nice.

It’s cheaper but also the worst. It’s both worth it to save $5. The furniture is old and bad. Clientele is very rough. The pool doesn’t exist and the staff is horrible. Breakfast is advertised but you have to ask for it and it will be big of milk and some flakes. Don’t drink the coffee and the orange juice is brown

room was spacious, the bed was like a cheap RV bed, with a mattress on a board plank, the WORSE motel bed I have ever tried to stay on. The breakfast was frosted flakes, fruit loops, and imitation coffee that did not have even the smell of coffee however there was "real" milk. We generally only need a room for overnight as our travel does not revolve around hotel amenities, but this was not a restful night. The shampoo was a small packet of combination shampoo and conditioner, the soap was about 1 inch wide by 1/2 long and 1/16th thick. The best item was a full size fridge.

Slow service and inconvenient staffing policies. I was advised I was restricted from property because I requested on prior stay a full refund after checking room 3 mins later. Room was not up to parr and also service was not exceeding the name AMERICAS best value inn

la abitacion tenia muy mal olor y muy descuidado muy malo muy malo

It was good but my room smelled like mildew..other than that it was pretty good

Overall it wasn't bad. The pillows were extremely flat. There was no batteries in the TV remote. And I pay the extra money to have Wi-Fi and when it finally did connect, it was extremely slow

The rooms seem to have been recently re-decorated. The flooring and bath were good. The room did NOT have any bad odors. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, although the bed cover did have a cigarette burn in it.

It was ok. Clerks at the front desk can be more friendly

The room was clean overall. The towels were dirty.

Lights didn't work and found a roach crawling on the wall

We took a short family trip to Dallas and stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nicer than anticipated for the price. (Quite clean in fact.) Staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative comment I could leave was about the breakfast. They wanted to charge extra (cash only) for the breakfast offered.

Nothing new or fancy about this motel. It is the old doors face the walk type motel, so anyone outside is heard from in the room. But if what you need is clean and inexpensive this place will work just fine. Be careful because the driveway into the motel is hard to spot and will cost you about 3/4 of a mile to return.

It was OK to sleep for a few hours, but our first room smelled really bad (even though it was non-smoking), we had to change it!

The room was as I expected great I would stay again
