I got a bad experience because of below 2 things. 1. I have an allergy of house dust mite. When I visited the room, allergic rhinitis recured. Specially, the sofa was full of dust. So, I got a sick and I had to take a medicine. 2. I had to go outside because of an allergy. At that time, I stayed 1st floor with ocean view and I usually sit at the balcony. I tried to go toilet but the door was locked and it didn't work with card. I was confined at the balcony. ;(

This is a 5* Hotel... just book .. Don't wait .. you will enjoy this fine property with its many swimming pools, great gardens and a fine beach. Don't miss it ... Its really the best you have around in this location. 2 points I wish to emphasize: 1.) the Beds and pillows in the very big guestrooms.. You will sleep like an angel with these mattresses ! As for the Pillows, it can not get any better. You have at your disposal the following pillows: Buckwheat.- Latex.- Nano Silver.- and Soft Micro-Fiber Pillows.... 2.) The associates of the Hotel: excellent service in all departments and with a big smile.. wanting to serve and wanting to make sure that the guest is at ease, happy and everything taken care of. Hardly see such positively motivated staff in a Hotel. Simple comment to round it up: WE WILL BE BACK .... definitely

The hotel which is only 5 years old is definitely top class for DaNang beach area. The rooms are very large and provide a real luxury feeling. The bathroom is as large as you will find anywhere with a big stand alone bath tub for the extra pampering. The property is stunning and very well maintained. The main restaurant offers very good food with a wide variety to pick from. The gym is also excellent if you need to work off all the cocktails and beers from afternoon by the beautiful pools or evening happy hour. Honestly cant fault anything so can only provide highest praise for the hotel. I say this from a standpoint of personally spending 100 nights a year in excellent 4-5 star hotels while on business each year.

Beautiful resort and amazing staff. From the minute we arrived at the airprt and were greated by two staff members as part if our transfer this hotel had qaulity written all over it.The food is first class and so much variety. The staff are so welcoming and any issue has been attended to immediately. We have had loads of things that needed sorted and it has been attended to without issue. Our biggest issue was that we booked with otel . com which was a mistake as they only booked 3 beds and not four so we have had to pay the extra which is a rant for another day. I should have stuck with the usual expedia or booking.com. Again it was not the hotels fault. The hotel have charged us but did everything to make us conformable. Do your homework before travelling here regarding eating as there are no real eating options around the hotel that we can see so booking full or half board is essential especially for families. Again the food is amazing. The hotel runs a daily bus service to Hoi An at 100,000 Dong return which is a good quality service and value for money. The hotel has a clinic, kids club and plenty of pools for families. Whilst there are also quiet pools for adults and couples. The beach is stunning. Totally private and well policed by life guards. There are stick rules on the beach and swimming is restricted to one well watched area due to rip tides. Overall and excellent exercise. So glad we came here to this resort. The staff have really made us feel welcome. Pure luxury.

Everything is great Definitely will come back.Staff were very ready to be of good service.Wonderful vacation place, great staff, great service, Nice pool and other facilities. Room are big and nice view from balcony, We can see the Sunrise in bed.

We stayed at the Vinpearl Da Nang resort for the last 10 days and had the best time ever. The first impression when walking into the lobby, seeing the pool and beach view was just amazing. We just wanted to jump into the water straight away. Our Deluxe room was Grand!! Huge windows with views of the ocean, an entrance hall for shoes, luggage and clothes, a lovely balcony and a bathroom with enough space to host a party. We just loved it. The staff was exceptional and even though only had basic English, went far and beyond to make sure that we were looked after and getting what we wanted at all times. The infinity pool had the most amazing views of the ocean and heaps of chairs to relax on. A bonus was that most of the pool area was in shade due to gorgeous palm trees which made it really comfortable to stay at the pool all day without having to worry about getting too hot or burned. The hotel also offered a great variety of water sports at very reasonable prices, including parasailing, jet-skies, banana rides and much more. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices, both Asian and European, and kept us going throughout the day. The evening buffet was good, without being overwhelming. As with most buffets some foods were only lukewarm after a while and it was a bit repetitive throughout the week. The strengths were definitely the desserts - very yummy and heaps of different small choices. Restaurant manager Dat and one of the trainees, Huong, were always around for a friendly chat and to make sure we were well looked after. Lovely people. Please thank them from us and thank all the other lovely staff too. Amazing sight seeing to do in the area. Marble Mountain a must see is just behind the hotel. And the wonderful Hoi An just 20 min hotel shuttle ride away. Highly recommend the 'Heaven and Earth' cycle tour. Plus way more sightseeing to do if you wish. All in all one of the best holidays we have had and we might be back to do some more sightseeing and just enjoy the peace and tranquility of this awesome hotel in wonderful Vietnam. Cam on.

Superb! Arguably the best hotel in which we have ever stayed, and my wife and I have been travelling the planet for almost 30 years. We recently returned from Vietnam and, during our holiday, stayed at the Vin Pearl Danang Resort and Villas. What a wonderful experience. Built in colonial style, the grounds of the hotel had five swimming pools (2 x family, 2 x adult and 1 spa), tennis courts, fitness centre and beauty spa. Our room was huge with a separate closet area, a huge bathroom with both a shower and a very large bath, and a spacious balcony with natural drying facility. The staff were wonderful…..always friendly, courteous and helpful. And the management even presented my wife with a cake on her birthday…..most thoughtful and very much appreciated by us. The hotel fronts part of China Beach, where a visitor may enjoy jet skiing, paragliding and even beach volleyball. The hotel is in very close proximity to major local attraction, Marble Mountain, where one may see the amazing Buddhist pagodas as well as the depiction of Buddhist Heaven and hell in the adjacent Am Phu Cave (IMO a must to see). The cave was also a headquarters for the Vietcong during the Vietnam War and several hangars for U.S. helicopters can be seen in the area. Well priced shopping is available in nearby Hoi An, for which the hotel supplies a shuttle. We obtained several great bargains. One may also go to Danang proper by readily available taxi. We had an extremely enjoyable holiday…..in a large part due to the ambience of this wonderful hotel.

awesome. we stayed in the resort. villas look wonderful and nice easy walking paths round the whole large resort in the shade. everything about this place was the best. huge airy room and bathroom with balcony. staff so helpful, courteous and attentive. food great although would like to have had a little more western food at night. huge pools and pool reclining area with plenty of fresh pool towels. great tours arranged for us at the resort. just happy smiling staff everywhere you looked. wont be going back as there is too much of the world to see but it will always stay in our minds as our favourite.

Terrific resort located right on the beach. The staff were very accommodating. We had a few issues with our villa upon check in. The following day, after a discussion with the hotel manager in relation to our concerns, the management moved us to an upgraded accommodation at no additional cost. They understood our concerns and they took responsibility for the issues without any fuss. This was very much appreciated. The private pool at the villa was awesome and large. The rooms were very luxurios and the beds were really comfortable. The accommodation was terrific...very luxurious. The food at the restaurant was good without being overwhelming. One disappointment was the staff's poor command of English, especially given the high volume of English speaking guests. This poor command of English was uniform among most of the hotel staff. It resulted in a degree of frustration. However, despite this, the staff were very friendly and did their best to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, which we had.

We stayed with you in 2015 as well. As we expected our 2017 experience was again excellent. All facilities are wonderful. In particular the staff are always helpful and efficient. Dat in the restaurant was always a great help (and his Team). "Sonny" and "Happy" in the Writers Bar are excellent. In fact could you please give "Sonny" my email address. I made an error with the address I gave him
