Had a wonderful 5 nt stay with a scoopon deal , booked sea view room , view was amazing overlooking pools & the most beautiful gardens down to the ocean , the most friendliest staff , always stopping to ask how your day was or offering suggestions as to what to see or do ... the room was lovely & very large , great rain shower & bath in bathroom .. food was exceptional something for everyone . & staff always working around gardens great to watch while around the pools .. can't wait to return thankyou to everyone .....
We travelled as a family with our 4 children ages 7-15. The 3 bedroom Villa was beautiful, beds very comfortable, multiple bathrooms. The pool was amazing - great size and well maintained gardens surrounding it. Service was also excellent. The resort is in a great location, opposite Marble Mountains and not far in a cab to Hoi An. The only thing that was disappointing was the food. We had an all inclusive package but the buffets did not change their menus very much. We all struggled to find tasty food each night and ended up eating outside of the resort as we were sick of the same bland food. That said, we really enjoyed our time here.
Cannot fault any part of this resort. The rooms are wonderful, the pool and beach are first class. The staff though, are what made our stay even more special. Miss Diem in the pool bar, Mr Nghia in the writers/pool bar and Miss Chung in the restaurant when above and beyond what would be normally expected. My partner is vegetarian and a special meal was prepared for her every day with thanks to Miss Chung. Granted some staff struggle but they try very hard to converse in English and rarely misunderstand. We visited on a special deal which was excellent value, if full price was paid would be quite an expensive place to stay. The food and bev on site is expensive by Vietnam standards and the city centre is a 150000vnd cab ride. I had a cold/flu and they have a medic on site who administered some stuff that had me good to go in 24hrs.
Our family had a wonderful week at the Resort in a 3 br Villa. The staff were attentive to our every possible whim (and even ones we hadn't thought of!), the location is fabulous, enormous pool is a winner and the food was terrific. We couldn't have asked for more. Buggy service to the Villas is always prompt, but it's just a lovely short stroll really up to the main resort (shortcut next to tennis courts). Spa facilities are luxurious (plan to spend a bit of time in there, open until about 10pm I think with steam rooms, sauna and plunge pool - free to guests!). Can thoroughly recommend, thanks Vinpearl for a wonderful holiday xx
We used a Luxury Escape for our honeymoon to visit Vinpearl Da Nang Resort and Villas. Unfortunately we had a very late check in to the hotel but we were greeted with very friendly staff at the airport for transfer, check in and bell boys. As it was our honeymoon, they had decorated the hotel room with rose petals, cake and champagne :) Service was excellent- it was always attentive and we had enjoyable (somewhat repetitive for buffets) we found the staff very friendly and respectful. The pool area, writers bar and restaurants were relatively quite throughout our stay despite it being school holidays. We charged drinks/room service and food to our room and it was inexpensive with settling the bill at the end. We had no issues with transfers and we also used the coach transfer to take us twice to Hoi Ann. Overall we had such an incredible time (5 days) and was the perfect spot for our honeymoon
This is a beautiful hotel, especially if you want to relax by the pools & beach. The hotel mainly caters for the Korean market so being Aussie, we felt a little out of place. The staff are very friendly and polite but speak very little English but do their best to try and understand. Large rooms. The hotel was going through some renovations due to the APEC Forum being held there in November so one of the 2 restaurants was closed. Would I stay again, probably not due to lack of English and we do not speak Vietnamese.
Not the best resort that we have stayed in but it still was quite enjoyable. Breakfasts were good but a little bit repetitious after a few days. The dinners that were included in our package were very average with a buffet in the main restaurant and the a la carte restaurant had food brought in from the other restaurant. The position on the beach was fantastic and we really enjoyed those beach activities. There are so ,many major hotels being built st the moment that competition is going to be great and I am sure there will be many bargains in the near future.
we were located on 5th floor - our view was amazing and the room size (bathroom was bigger than our home) we loved it - we only have 2 qualms - no toilet brush in bathroom which makes it a little hard when there are more than 2 people in room - hotel does not provide a shuttle bus - now for the price that we pay we think that should be complementary as other 5 star hotel - apart from that absolutely exceeded our expectation. We took advantage of trip advisor for review of outside restaurants and the uber taxi to help us get around.
private pool villa good condition room / large main swimming pool / delicious breakfast good buggy car service It's far from main street. It's near to Marble Mountain. (I recommend good local restaurant 'Laluna')
As a couple, we stayed here for one night. During daytime, it was good to enjoy the pool and relax. However, at night time there were very loud noisy people talking sound coming from other room which made me stressful to relax. The nextday, I asked English map but they said there was only one Chinese map available which seems so lack of customer service and unprofessional!! We had constant telephone calls about 6 or 7 times from 11am until 12 o'clock check out !! It was so annoying and made us crazy!! The staff sounded and spoke so rude and unkind. This hotel needs a lot of improvement in many ways!! Their breakfast is below 5star. The restaurant is so crowded and not many things to eat. There is only one elevator spot in that huge hotel. Their staff should speak much better English and provide much better service!!
