The location is very good, 10 minute walk to the train station that comes from Ollantaytambo, or to Cusco. Restaurants and shops are within a few minute walks. Breakfast was good, and the host was nice and helpful. When we checked in, the lady host said something about the hotel was under maintenance, and she took us to the sister hotel nearby, so we cannot comment about the room. Would stay here again!

Staff is so friendly and helpful. They give us lot oflocal information. And place is very clean and have everything you need

Friendly staff, great location, clean comfortable room

Great service very attentive staff. The location is ideal overlooking the river sounds great at night.

Amazing property and incredible staff. The staff was warm, inviting, and always available to share their knowledge.

The ground floor room that we had was very humid. Window is meters away from a raging stream of water, which is probably contributing to the humidity. Everything got a specific smell to it due to that. In the morning, windows were solid wet from the inside. In other words, ventilation and heating is not able to deal with that humidity. Staff and general amenities were very nice. Good hot shower. Size of breakfast eggs portion is a joke, I suppose one-egg'er :) otherwise a ok breakfast. Location is great - away from hustle, but an easy couple block walk to the bus/train stations

Great location Quiet rooms with wifi Friendly helpful stuff

Front desk was terrible. Very slow. Poor English and the rooms were shacks. Be careful before you book here. Unless you get it for 30 US dollars or less

The staff at the hotel were polite, helpful, and professional. Common areas were clean and the lounge/reception area has a restroom. Breakfast was good, with eggs made to order. We took advantage of having sack lunches made for our trip to the ruins. The hotel is on the river which is loud, but I liked the sound. I had a matrimonial room which was spacious both in bedroom area and bath. Plenty of hot water in shower, right away. The others in our party had a small two twin bedroom with small bath. Both rooms were on the second floor, were clean and had comfortable beds and bedding, and warm duvets. The river acts as a major coolant and source of humidity- there's no heating and the rooms get fairly cold - also because there are major gaps between window panes.

Loved this hotel - very friendly and flexible staff. I called in to change our reservation dates TWICE and both times they were beyond friendly and happy to accommodate us. When we arrived, the lady welcomed us cheerfully. We had issues with our Macchu Picchu tickets (totally unrelated to the hotel) but when we told her about it, she quickly phoned around to try and help us resolve the issue. Excellent location; it's not on the "main center" but once you arrive in Aguas Calientes you'll see that you're glad it's not! It's located on an adorable little street with benches, right along the river. Still extremely walkable & BY NO MEANS secluded - there are shops right nearby as well. It's just not insanity-tourism, like much of the town. The sound of the river was definitely heard from our room, which to me was like soothing white noise and helped me sleep like a baby. BUT if this bothers you, ask for a room away from that side. Rooms were adorable, clean, well-kept. Ours overlooked the little street & the river - a beautiful, serene view. Lobby is "open-air" in that it has a roof, but not entirely enclosed, giving it a neat fresh vibe. Just be sure to wear a jacket downstairs for breakfast! Unlimited free coca tea, free wifi + computer use. Free, delicious breakfast (eggs, fruit-yogurt-granola bowl, bread, cheese, meats, coffee.) After check out, left our bags there while at MP. Afterward, showered for 10 sol (~$3). Only negative: cold water in showers. Recommend!!

Nice location and easy access to all major interesting places into the city.

We stayed in a large family room for a night (4 beds). There was only 3 of us so we had plenty of room, overlooking the river. Easy to get to (just cross the river and walk uphill). We found the location by Google Street View in advance. I'm sure if you contacted them they would meet you as many hotels were doing this. Staff was helpful and spoke a little English. We left our luggage while we went to MP and was even able to hang out for over an hour in the second floor terrace and use the bathroom while waiting for our train. We had little for breakfast but they start at 4:30 and will cook eggs to order. We just put some meat and cheese in a bread roll and headed for the bus line.

The check in was smooth, the staff was friendly. The room did not have A/C which I think it was bad because it would get hot during the day and cold at night (it did have a heater ). The breakfast was better of what I expected. However , the check out was a big hassle. The credit card system for Visa didn't work that morning and that's all I had. They offered me to pay in cash but the ATM in the city would only give me equivalent to $120 US per day so that wasn't a viable option. They also offered me to pay with PayPal which I did, but not even when I sent them proof of payment ; they still didn't want me to leave until they saw the money on their account. It was very awkward because I had to catch a train and they made it very difficult. After 30 minutes the owner finally called to let them know that he had received the funds. I didn't think that was professional. This experience made me rate them just average. 3 stars out of 5

Our stay at Terrazas del Inca Bed and Breakfast was overall really nice. The hotel is just around the corner to many restaurants and shops in Aguas Calientes, but is quiet and relaxing. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Wi-Fi was not reliable in the room, but was great in the lobby.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was exactly what was advertised. Remembered my name and greeted me every time I came back which is always nice. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. For all the complainers, remember you paid 60-70 dollars for a room at the only town going to machupicchu. What did you expect, the 4 seasons???

It was a good hotel but the Internet service was slow and I didn't have any outlet connections in my room. 4th floor.
