I stayed in two different rooms. The smaller simple double was nice, shower was a little finicky. The executive room was incredible!!! The staff is helpful and wonderful all the time, the breakfast is great.

Excellent experience, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Nice and Clean, confortable rooms and great breakfast. I totally recommend it. Close from Cusco historical Central Park, nice short walk.

I have stayed at many hotels and was blown away by the level of service this hotel provides. They are very friendly, professionaly and attentive to all of their guests needs. From the guy that opens the door, to the front desk, to the refreshment center to the restaraunt to the bell staff to the bar and lobby employees - they all are watching and anticipating your needs I was working on my lap top at a table and it was a little dark but I didn't mind and about 10 minutes later the lights got brighter and I looked over at the front desk and the lady smiled at me and gave me thumbs up. Just a small example of making sure your stay is pleasant. If I could rate highter for hotel staff I would.

The hotel is in a wonderful spot in close proximity to the Plaza de Armos, restaurants and shops. The front desk helped with $ to Soles exchange, helped with obtaining tours, directions to various spots in the city, etc. The breakfast was awesome with a full array of options. The entire staff could speak enough English to make us feel very comfortable moving around the hotel. We spent 3 nights there and toured the Sacred Valley, then we checked our large bags with them for a couple of days while we continued on to Machu Picchu for a few days and we returned to spend another night at the Sonesta prior to heading back to Lima. Wonderful hotel and you won't find a better spot in Cusco. Have fun!

The breakfast buffet was amazing, the workers were friendly. 100% recommendations

The staff was very attentive, kind, and punctual. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is great, knowledgable great location I'll staying there again

This is a decent hotel in a good location close to the train station to Machu Picchu. So if you are going to take one of the early trains to Machu Picchu than this is a good choice.

The hotel is really nice and very modern. Great location - near the historic sites. I felt very safe walking during the day and evening.

The room was fine for one night. It was extremely hot and stuffy which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel itself was modern. The yellow lighting in the rooms could use an update.

A very nice place to stay in Cusco. Wonderful breackfast. Quest relation person is very nice.

Short taxi ride fron the airport. Good location...can easily walk to main sites, restaurants, and craft market. Warmly welcomed with cup of coca tea! Clean and comfortable room...Space heater available upon request. Nice breakfast buffet included and enjoyed a delicious late supper after getting back from Machu Pichu.

Very good hotel. Modern and clean room, nice bathroom, excellent service, attentive staff. Only negative point is the missing duvet cover which is replaced by regular sheets. Otherwise the hotel is excellent overall.

It was really great! room, stuff, restaurant. Perfect place!

Nice with good location and great buffet. Rooms are clean but nothing superspecial. Market, banks close and could walk to downtown.

this hotel has very friendly staff who are very helpful. aside from that the hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. the breakfast was particularly good as there is a huge beautiful buffet in the morning that is open from a very early hour as people are frequently stop by cusco on their way to macchu picchu. great place, i would recommend it to others

Very nice hotel. Great price. A little far from the main square compared to the other hotels in the area, however the upsides definitely outweigh the downsides.

This hotel is perfect for solo travelers, really close to the main square in Cuzco, safe area. The hotel is spotless and very clean. Hotel Staff were extremely helpful. I would stay again.

Great location, Bad service, Bad attitude from Staff always trying to make a buck out of any possible way, felt worst that being in Orlando.

Beautiful view, friendly staff, comfertable beds.
