This is an older hotel with a very authentic feel to the city. The beds were hard and not super comfortable, but that was really my main complaint. The floors are squeaky throughout because it is an old authentic building, but we just used a white noise app on our phone to cover the sounds when we slept. The staff here are very helpful and go out of their way to do anything for guests. The convenience of the location is great, within 5 minutes walking distance to the main square. There were so many great restaurants and bars to visit we did not have time for them all. The streets in this area of Cusco felt very safe day or night and we enjoyed exploring. The hotel wifi I felt was very decent and free for 4 hours a day. Breakfast is provided and again had a local feel. Bathrooms and room size are small from anAmerican perspective but are the average for Peru and more than adequate for what we needed. Nice closet with shelves for us to store our things.

Our stay here was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly, the location is great, we were able to walk to the Plaza de Armas and enjoy the whole day there. My only complaint is that we had a 2nd story room and the floor was extremely squeaky. I felt bad for whomever was below us especially when we got up to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Excellent location, a couple of little restaurants close by that were very good. Breakfast served at 5.00 a.m. which worked out well as we were picked up very early on two occasions and needed the early breakfast time.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2016 and were very disappointed in the rooms. After expressing our disappointment in the first room we were moved to a second room which was also a disappointment. The rooms did not have proper locks which made us feel very unsafe. ALso, the rooms were very disappointing the second room had a soap dispenser on the wall similiar to one found in a public washroom. We would not recommend this hotel. However, the front desk lady was very friendly. We were placed here by our tour group and it was not on par with the hotels we had been provided on the rest our trip.

They are very professional staff, they help us with our days in Cusco and really appreciate their recommendations.Very satisfied to encounter a great quality service in this beautiful city! We had some issues with our Expedia reservation, however they provided an excellent service and help us to resolve in matter of minutes :) We will consider to come back again next year :) Thank you Casa Andina

Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast and very attractive public areas. Our room was nice and spacious, however our room was 119, right by the stairs and there was the constant sound of water in the pipes by the beds even in the middle of the night! Great location and nice staff

What an excellent place to stay in Cusco. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but it is close to the main part of town and set up for the tourist attractions. From the hot drinks to help with altitude sickness, to the 5am breakfasts before heading off to Machu Picchu and the lovely clean rooms - it was a delight to stay here. Our family took up two rooms, but we were placed close together and felt we were looked after well. We would certainly stay there again.

Small but perfectly adequate room. The staff are helpful and the breakfasts are plentiful with fresh fruit and hot food that varies from day to day. Cable tv with plenty of channels in both Spanish and English. Casa Andina is well located and within easy walking distance to all manner of shops, markets and restaurants. The rooms are quiet and free WiFi is available in common areas. Everything you need really....

Clean, confortable, downtown, near to stores, restaurants and touristic points. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. There is always coca tea avaible free for everyone who wants it. I stayed there twice. The first room was bigger. The second time there wasn't a room with a double bed avaible and I was with my husband. We had made reservations many days before we got there

Stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with our accommodation. We stayed in room 109 which is a fantastic room, big double bed, lounge room and 2 bathrooms! Close to all the main areas and very pleasant and helpful staff who spoke English well. Breakfast was basic but all the basics are there with cereal, toast, eggs and fruit choices.
