The staff are so nice and helpful and each room is clean and unique - very close to the plaza and breakfast is also good ! The additional cost of the suite is worth it if you are coming back from the hike as it has a huge bathtub which is heaven !
Cusco is at my top ten! This is a cozy boutique hotel, close to the main plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful, big heated rooms and good food! We had the best pisco sour at the hotel bar, highly recommended!
Hotel is in the very old beautiful house in the centre, with very pleasant interior and atmosphere. They serve delicious traditional food. Owner Fernando is an amazing guy, always available to help and make you feel like at home. I enjoy meeting him and spending time in the hotel. It's my pleasure to recommend this hotel for the unique stay in Cusco. Will come again for sure.
We are a mature couple from Canada who have traveled much of the world and decided it was time to travel through South America in Jan 2018 (since it is their summer) and stayed in Cusco for three nights with a trip to Manchu Pichu tucked in the middle, I found this awesome Boutique hotel called Andean Wings, it was in a perfect location for us to walk just about everywhere in the old part of the city, our Spanish is not great and the staff all spoke English very well, the service was outstanding from the check in to the great bar & restaurant staff who's names I have missed placed :( sorry I promised to mention them by name ?
This is an excellent place to stay if you are planning to do the Inca Trail. Very convenient location with an accommodating staff. Great place to stay if you are visiting Cusco. Within walking distance to restaurants and the main square, Cathedral and the Jesuit Church.
Hotel was lovely; walking distance to the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was great. We had a small problem with the shower, and they fixed it right away. Great breakfast included. Rooms and common areas are beautifully appointed.
We stayed a 3 nights in this Hotel. Small and cute. The service was good but of course for the convinient cost of 10% extra to the cost of the room. As at an advice this extra cost should be included. Pros. Good service. Clean common areas and 2 blocks from the main square. Cons. *Terrible internet connection. I always needed to leave my room to get a bit of internet. * breaskfast very deficient. Quantities always low and not variety.* No free coffee in or outside the rooms. * the fridge was always empty in case of late night cravings. I hope the management can fix the internet problem and the breakfast.
The hotel has a very nice central atrium style dining area. The decor is very pleasant with various local artists represented. The staff is helpful, courteous, and available. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Amazing interior, perfect location, impeccable service (extremely polite and helpful staff) and great food in the restaurant. Also great for organising excursions etc. I will definitely return next time in Cusco.
I had a great stay at the Andean Wings. The hotel was authentic with extremely accommodating staff, which made a world of difference after a long day of hiking Machu Picchu! Both the location and price were right as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel during your visit to Cusco.
