We loved the Andean Wings Boutique Hotel. Great location near the Plaza De Armas and in the heart of Cusco. The friendly service was top notch, the rooms were quaint, very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant served excellent breakfasts rotating between buffets and ordering from the menu. Dinner was very good as well and the host (who looks like John Lovitz :) ) made sure he attended to every need watching over us ever time we frequented the restaurant and bar. The staff looked after all our wishes and treated us like friends. When we went on the 4 day trek to the Sacred Valley they held our luggage and on our return upgraded our rooms without us asking. Great job Andean, thanks for making our stay in Cusco very enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights: two before our trip to Machu Picchu and the last night before our flight to Lima. The hotel does not impress from the outside at all but the location is perfect near Plaza the Armas. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and were offered coca tea and vouchers for pisco sours at the bar. They also had a nice tray with snacks in our room and free water bottles. They also have turned down service that includes delicious Peruvian chocolates on the pillow. Our room was on the second floor (212). The hotel was very quiet and we were the only ones on that floor. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The free Wifi was OK in the room but a lot better near the restaurant. There was a beautifully decorated large seating area right outside our room. The central courtyard, where the restaurant is located, is decorated beautifully. Breakfast was included and we had the buffet breakfast the first morning. They did not have the buffet for the second day and we were offered a delicious a-la-carte breakfast. We left very early on our last day and they gave us a box breakfast to take with us to the airport. We loved this hotel and the staff. The service they provide is excellent. They even helped us with making calls when the WiFi router we rented from our tour company did not have data. They also kept our luggage in storage while we went to Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great facilities and location. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay here. We were given a personal welcome, room and facilities explained and the staff also helped us check in for our flight when mobile check in was not available.

Very impressed with Andean Wings. Arrived early morning in Cusco 5 am , they send a taxi. As soon as I reached the hotel , they were very welcoming and offered coca tea. Location was great, walking from main square Plaza de Armas. Room was clean, first 3 days we stayed in the 1st floor. Breakfast had a good choice....cereals. eggs, breads, juice etc. Servers were very courteous and attentive. First night had dinner at the hotel, was very decent food. Met one of the owners , Fernando, who stopped by. We had a nice discussion, cool guy. Next two days pretty routine. The front desk staff was also very polite and helpful. Eva was superb and nice. We did the Inca trail and came back after 4 days. Our room was ready, left luggage already in the room. Felt like coming back home. I would recommend Andean Wings to everybody. Good job guys.

Great hotel. Nice and responsive staff. Fantastic location. I only wish our room had windows. It only had a sky light which made the room feel dark. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

My wife and I stayed here twice during our trip, a great location to explore Cusco from. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff were very professional and helpful with everything we needed. The bedrooms were clean & comfortable , just what we needed after all the walking around the city. The restaurant is also a must if you just want to relax in the hotel. Don't forget to try the chicken noodle soup !! I will defiantly stay here again on my next trip. Thanks Andean Wings !!

Loved my stay at this boutique hotel with Peruvian charm and hospitality. Perfect location. Friendly service. Easy check-in. My room was clean and the decor was very nice. I had a pretty view of a cathedral just beyond the terracotta roof tops. The bed was comfortable. Had a small table and two chairs. Bathroom was clean with a shower. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with a nice fireplace. The staff was so nice and helpful when I ended up sick from the high altitude. They gave me oxygen and called the doctor when that didn't help. I needed a shot and medication. One of the staff brought me tea and held my hand till the doctor arrived. Unfortunately, I was so sick, I don't even know his name. Many thanks, whom ever you are and God bless you.

Martine works at the front desk and continuously made our stay difficult. My family stayed for a week at andean wings over the course of two weeks and besides Martine we had an incredible stay. Rooms are clean and fun with different themes. Breakfast is good, staff was friendly and helpful. On our last night my parents extended two of the rooms for us to stay in and I neglected to inform Martine that two people were going to be staying in their twin room, which online is suited for two people. He accused me of lying. He refused to get management involved and the situation was only resolved once I took screenshots of prices and the number of individuals allowed to stay in each room online and spoke to another hotel staff member Vivian, who was extremely kind and helpful. The next day 30 minutes before checkout Martine called our room to ask if house keeping could come clean the room. Upon checkout I tried to pay for my laundry with a credit card. Again rudely Martine insisted my card wasn't working. When I watched him run the card for the 3rd time, I saw that in fact the machine was having a problem connecting to the server. Absolutely nothing to do with my card not working but in fact a machine error. I paid cash and without telling me he gave me my change minus 1 sole. I went back and asked for the correct change and he said well I don't have the sole. I don't actually care about the single sole but the correct thing to do would be to tell me the hotel doesn't have the correct change instead of giving me inaccurate change and not explaining the reason. Overall he was extremely unprofessional- spoke over me any time I tried to speak. Again overall the hotel is great, but Martine ruined our experience.

Well appointed rooms and the best ham omelette for breakfast, but the stand out about this hotel is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. I left a phone charger in my room and this was returned to me a few nights later when I returned, and when I wasn't able to get change from reception, one of the staff went into town to do this for me.

Amazing boutique hotel not far from the center of everything cool in Cusco. Very hip and swanky without being pretentious. There is oxygen available for those in need of adjustment to the altitude. The rooms are well appointed and the Purple Haze suite is beyond cool, splurge it's worth it. Excellent staff and management.
