Very pleased with my stay there

outstanding hotel staff very professional enjoyed every minute of our stay

The property is beautiful and conveniently located. The service is amazing and the property itself is truly historic.

The hotel is beautiful and in the perfect spot in the old city of Cusco. Amenities are fine and close to plenty of dining options and cultural places. Two things spoiled our stay a bit, the first is getting breakfast at peak hours (9:30 to 10 AM), it's just mission impossible, good options for breakfast but service is terribly slow (I mean over 20 mins to just get water or coffee). The second was that at the end of our stay they had a medical conference so everything was taken over by the doctors, the internal patios (we could not longer sit there), the bar (no table or room anywhere for a beer), the lobby (no place to sit down quietly)... so I think they should warn guests about these two situations before hand so people plan their day accordingly.

Great location, excellent staff, sparkling clean. Little improvement needed in the automated heating system of the hotel. We had to call the reception twice to get heat in the room out of our 5 nights stay, although it was resolved promptly. Will stay in the hotel when I visit Cusco again.

Palacio del Inka! The hotel is amazing! They give a short tour every night at 5pm of the lobbies and courtyard. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The only place that could be better is the spa. It is very nice but felt the wheeling and dealing I experienced in choosing a service was out of line with the rest of the hotel. I felt like I was out on the street. I did enjoy the massage and paid the extra fee required to use the steam room, sauna, showers, pool, and mediation room (not included in your room fee or if f you book a spa service). They are nice but wish housekeeping wasn’t sweeping water up every 5 minutes. They needed to to keep the floors dry and safe I suppose. The mediation room is a highlight.

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, with a cery accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property with amazing, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Truly a luxury property and experience. Right across the street from the old Inka temple (now a ministry).

It is a beautiful place. The staff are excellent, very attentive and very nice.

EXCELLENT service! Everyone was so kind, our room was a bit noisy and the manager was extremely helpful and kind. We would go back in a heartbeat. Food delicious, rooms beautiful, pisco Sour lessons super fun. Excellent location, walking distance from everything, beautiful views of Qoricancha. We were so happy! Thank you for everything

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Palacio del Inka. The property is a beautiful, historical hotel, centrally located and one could spend hours touring it. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly to my family. The room was spacious, many nice touches. Fabulous breakfast buffet and spa. One of the rare times I felt that a luxury hotel lived up to its cost. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Luxury hotel in the heart of Cusco. We had a fabulous time during our stay at the spa, bar, restaurant, and our room was perfect!

Excellent service and accommodations this 5 stars hotel is the place to stay in Cuzco!! We enjoyed everything, they’re into the detail thanks to Roger for taking care of us all the time! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel 👍

An absolutely gorgeous property. Every detail was carefully attended to. Our room had a beautiful view of the adjacent ruins. Service was wonderful across the board.

Buffet staff not very friendly, rooms were wonderful!!!!

If you want to experience a hotel that is nothing in luxury as other more known brands, then you must go to Inka Palace in Cusco. The service in the hotel cannot be compared to any other 4-5 star hotel my husband and I have stayed. You must see and book your vacation.

nice location, nice staff, nice lobby, tea, water, juice in the lobby. easy to check in and check out

Palacio Del Inka is the best in Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect-- the Staff is what really makes the hotel exceptional. The Staff is kind, very professional and perform with a passion for excellence!! Highly Recommend the Palacio Del Inka
