An original Cunjurong Point retro style Cunjurong Point home with all the mod cons of modern day living.
The house is situated within a few minutes walk to Green Island and Lake Conjola.
Spend hours exploring the beautiful beaches and waterways.
Walk to Green Island at low tide or drop the line for a spot of fishing.
Surfing and kayaking are also popular activities here.
On those rainy days you can play pool on the table provided as well as darts or just read a book.
Newly renovated kitchen with induction cook top and large rear deck with an undercover area makes this such an easy house to stay and entertain in.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one queen room and the other twin room, bathroom (shower, tub and toilet) living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioning.
Downstairs via external access is a large room with a queen and single bed with newly renovated bathroom,(shower and toilet) 2nd TV, fridge and laundry.
Bed linen and towels provided for bookings from 24.4.24.
Wooden and Gas bbq for cooking on those evenings when you would rather be outdoors.
Undercover parking for cars or the boat.
