After long drive was welcome site / staff very friendly - room was ok - bed comfortable - would stay here again

Checkin by 11pm or they close and your payment is lost! Room had 2 burners and a fridge and a sink. No dishsoap tho so cleaning difficult. Did not seem like a bad area. Kind of secluded. Saw a few people who were a little scary looking who were at the hotel so nighttime escapades outdoors probably not a good idea. But thats what to expect at a place with such a great price! I would stay again. No other gays in sight but its the south! I was just grateful not to get beat in the head with a bible. Praise Jesus!

Clean, very plain, older motel, very inexpensive, polite staff. Fine for just a place to sleep.

We checked in to a rude clerk. Walked into room which hadn't been stayed at seemingly in months. Cobwebs in the corners. Carpet was damp, as were the sheets. A/C didn't work. We checked out immediately the next morning. Would never stay there again.

Hard to find, minimal furnishings, does not make beds overnight stays, no shampoo, no coffee but cheap!

I chose this Hotel because it was an Extended stay. I like having a Fridge and a way to make a hot meal, although there were plenty of places to eat that are very close. The room was small, it has a Motel feel to it so if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you.

The stay was good. We slept well. The room was supposed to be non smoking..but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. They need to get rid of the old smell! 2. The Towels were in bad shape, discoloured and old . We expected better linen for a small hotel. They need to pay more attention to detail. Our bed linen although appeared clean, had cigarette burn or some fire burn hole in it.

Great workers from desk to the maids

It was clean & the staff was friendly, but it was a lot like camping. No soaps, no coffee, and the office closed, so there wasn't a very safe feeling. I won't go back.

The kitchen was a nice feature and at a good price.

Was promised cookware for the kitchenette and never got it, had to throw away groceries. Have to pay for clean towels. Will never return

The Hotel was exactly what was needed, a clean place to stay for the evening. This hotel is just like the discount airlines - extras are available. If you want luxurious hotels – this is not for you. If you need a quick stop for travels – This motel will work for you.

Check in was slow

Check in was very fast and friendly. No shampoo or hair dryer.

We go to Cumming on a regular basis and normally stay with family but due to repairs being made at their home we choose to stay nearby and this was the closest. The Hotel is not bad by any means, but keep in mind it is an extended stay and there are working folks that stay there on a regular basis so they may be going to work or returning from work at all hours of the night and day. So there may be showers running or tv's playing at opposite times than the norm. The staff are very polite, we had an issue with our key when we 1st arrived, the manager came to the room but was not able to get it to work properly so we had to change rooms other than that it suited our needs. Very close to shopping and places to eat.

This place seemed to cater to long stays and provided little if any basic needs for a room. I fell the price was to high for so little.

Check in good.

Housekeeping should be more attentive in cleaning and resupplying rooms. Be sure correct amount of clean towels and washcloths are left in rooms.
