Staff not friendly!

The rooms were immaculate. Staff friendly and so helpful. One staff member helped us find a perfect restuarant, L'Italia.

I made my reservation by clicking on the hotel turns out it was through expedia. You cannot change the reservation after that if you try it's a two hour wait on the phone and who has time for that. I stayed in a suite, the door had a hard time closing and you had to push hard. The staff Tammy was wonderful also the other lady in the mornings who called to wake me up. very nice lady. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet this time around as I have stayed there before and it was not quiet by any means. My room was clean and the staff were friendly and it was quiet so it was not a bad stay.

We were just passing through the area and stayed one night, so not a lot to say except that there was free parking, staff was friendly, room was clean, and there was a Dunkin Donuts right next door.

The property was very well managed and clean. Management and associates went out of their way to help me when I arrived early. I am very pleased and will stay there again when I come see my daughter at Alfred University.

No Fridge,no microwave,no coffee maker.Room could have been roomier.

Although it claims to be a non-smoking hotel, and there are signs everywhere, it smells like smoke. Our original room reaked of smoke when we walked in. I asked to change rooms, which the manager did without question. The second room was better but still not great. Luckily we were only there for 1 night.

Hotel could use more tables for breakfast. There was no place to sit as there were many people staying at the hotel this past weekend.

We've stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years during our son's college career at Alfred. I personally think it's the best hotel in the area.

Mediocre hotel with night staff who wasn’t helpful with local info. Ice maker was broke all three nights we were there. Only one ice maker for the entire hotel. Breakfast very disappointing.

The bedding had hair on it. We were offered an upgrade but because I reserved online I would have still had to pay for that toom

The staff went out of their way (and exceeded expectations on many levels) to make sure we were happy. The room was clean and We will definitely be going back!
