Hotel is dated. Bathroom is tiny. Shower rofld was ready to fall off. Pink tile from 1980 in the bathroom. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Morw like a 2

Location was good and convenient to where we needed to big

My room was on the first floor(118) and the first thing to notice was that the electronic lock didn't release fully so I had to slam the door to get it open. When the door was finally open the room smelled of damp towels, at random times I'd find small puddles of water on the tile floor with no evident source. The overhead light cover in the bathroom was partially missing with a crack extending from the 4" hole. The bed was comfortable and the fixtures worked as expected but overall was not an experience I expected from a Radisson.

Nice hotel. Staff was great. Only one problem: bathtub floor was not safe as it was very slippery as I traveled with my 70 year old mother. Luckily, there was a shower bar but a mat or safety skids are needed.

Rude people making noise at all hours of the night, drunk, yelling, laughing running in the halls,it made for a tough nights sleep

This was a half way stop for us with 3 kids. We called for extra item and the response was very quick. The room was great

Staff was very helpful. I asked to have a fridge added to my room and they were very accommodating. The front desk tried to match my needs for quiet with the best wing of the hotel to achieve that. Decent! The coffee packets in the room were fine (though I wished for easy access to refills in the early am) and they staff were really nice. I'll come again for sure. Just wanted more easy good coffee options available first thing - I went out to the nearby Dunkin Donuts to get the basics and avoid the extras....

Excellent staff and perfect location for quick overnight stay. Great dinner in dining room!

FANTASTIC STAY...KIDS LOVED THE POOL, AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY DETAILED. WE'LL BE BACK.

Internet only worked in hallway. Hotel smelled of clorine. They missed my wake up call. Maid failed to show one of two nights.

The staff was very helpful. I attended a convention for 2 days. The area has a lot of restaurants within a few miles. The room was very clean when we got there. The bath was amazing, because it was big enough to actually fit in. The staff kept the coffee pots fully stocked and had water and iced tea out for the convention all day. I thought it was a great weekend. The value of the room was worth while. I did not go in the pool, but it appeared and clean. The bed was very comfortable. And they even give you the eye sleeper covers!! I would recommend hosting an event at the Crowne Plaza or just spending a few nights. All and all a great experience.
