The casino was dirty and understaffed. Ear plugs are provided in your room, what does that tell you! My vehicle was vandalized in their parking lot. My room was equipped with a medical hazardous disposal container for used needles, again what does that tell you!!!
This was first time in the area. We heard loud noise from downstairs. Earplugs were on table. To get free breakfast, we had to make player’s card. We don’t gamble. Hotel is old and never renovated. There are some stained in bath tub and bed‘s quality are like cheap motel. I doubt this 3 star hotel? Area is isolated and shabby.
Great location, huge room, very comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Bathroom wasnt very clean.

My room wasnt too warm didnt have a microwave but the rm was clean bed was soft kept me warm

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy Cripple Creek. The building was built in 1890’s which some people love. Hope you enjoy the remainder of your vacation.

Nicole, thank you for reviewing your stay. We only have microwaves in our suites and King kitchenette rooms. Our standard rooms have refrigerators and coffee pots but not microwaves. I am glad the room was clean and the bed soft.
