The Granary, once a traditional farm building, has been beautifully restored into a spacious and stylish cottage that blends rustic charm with contemporary design. With slate floors throughout, the cottage sleeps up to six guests. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature their modern en-suite bathrooms for ultimate convenience and privacy.
Upstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a large open-plan living area, complete with a balcony offering panoramic views over the rolling Devon countryside – perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Granary guests also enjoy exclusive access to a private Jacuzzi suite with its own shower – your own spa experience.
All three cottages have access to a shared games room, complete with table football and table tennis – great for some friendly competition. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The historic Cathedral City of Exeter is just a short drive away, while the stunning National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor, as well as the beaches of North Devon and Cornwall, are all within easy reach. If you’d like to get a taste of rural life, come and explore our 200-acre family-run grassland farm. We raise award-winning Pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle and Poll Dorset sheep in an environmentally friendly way, helping to preserve our wildflower meadows and encourage native wildlife – from hares and deer to bees and birds. We love to share our passion for farming and would be delighted to introduce you to our cows, sheep, and chickens.
