The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency has this charming 100 m² house in Créances to rent for up to 10 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 900 m². Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with sofas
- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed
- A games room with video projector and double sofa bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed. Independent access from outside.
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board, an inflatable paddle, a surfboard, 2 bicycles, bodyboards and skimboards, 1 beach volleyball kit.

Outside:
- Attractive 900 m² enclosed garden, including 150 m² of lawn
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Créances, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 vehicles).

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
