Nice clean property. They did in fact provide utensils and some cooking items (small pan). I LOATHE hotels with a full kitchen that don’t then provide the cooking very basics. They did provide the very basics. I brought a pot and additional pan, chopping knife and cutting board from home and that was perfect. My only small complaint is my room smelled STRONG of curry the entire two week stay. So strong my clothing now smells that way after leaving. Otherwise it’s a great place. Great price. Staff is great.
Large room. LIke an apartment. Good shower, kitchen, conformable beds. Fresh air outside. NIce rest area with benches. Great General Manager. Front desk team was friendly. House phone worked 24/7 even at 2am.
The person at the desk was great but our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 430. We were told they were short staffed and would try to have it ready shortly. We waited 30 minutes and were then told it would be another hour until the room was ready. We had to go to another hotel.
Overall its was a good stay especially considering the price. Some extra fees do apply for certain features. Dislike that only one phone can log in with wifi any extra phones are extra charge.
I think the hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. When we checked in late Friday night the man at the front desk made sure we had parking (as it was packed!) and even offered to move his car and give us his space if we needed him too! That was so above and beyond!

I was visiting the Pittsburgh area and got a great deal online. Nice, comfortable place in a pleasant town.
Good choice if your only criterion is price. The room was comfortable, and the full kitchen is a plus. But the floors were dirty, the toilet ran all night, and there was no breakfast. Even the complimentary coffee was accompanied by CoffeMate rather than half & half.
The bed was very comfortable and they provided all the dishes for the kitchen. I couldn’t have found a better hotel for the price.
The room was "comfortable" enough with amenities however it smelled horribly. I assume someone cooked fish or was a smoker or a combination of the two. I purchased spray to combat the smell. The desk was almost never occupied which made getting extra towels or pillows next to impossible. The dishwasher was full of dishes, I assume clean but didn't want to find out. Other than that, the room was pretty clean.
We were just passing through on the way to Washington DC a needed an inexpensive clean hotel for the night. Unlike a lot of motels/hotels in this price range, this was a new, clean, up to date hotel. The hotel does not allow smoking in any of its rooms which is a big plus. The hotel is nicely located just off the Interstate exist and near lots shopping and restaurants. The rooms, I would describe as spartan but up to date in an Ikea furniture kind of way. The beds were VERY comfortable however and that is what counts. My only suggestion is that since the floors of the rooms are faux wood linoleum that they place carpets at the beds to wipe any grit off your feet.
