The rooms and facility are in dire need of refresh/update. The location was perfect for our needs.
Room was clean but smelled. The hall and stairway carpeting was disgusting. Staff was very nice.
Old building needing updates but clean and comfortable. Paper thin walls, loud and noisy all night but they can’t control other guests.
The carpet on the floor by the out side wall was wet. Room was in bad shape. Bath room ceiling coming down.

Breakfast has tea, coffee (no decaf), juice boxes, muffins, oatmeal packets, a waffle machine - but no mix. No cereal or milk. Ask for a room without a cracked window, if that kind of thing bothers you. I got one with a cracked window, though it didn’t bother me, they are at ground level, and are taped up sufficiently. I guess they crack because of the cold outside/hot inside contrast (? but then that’s part of why double-pane exists…) Nice staff on site.
Price was good. Most pathetic blanket I had in my life. Made sleeping tough. Room was not in a good condition. General dirty vibe to garden level room.
The rooms are in serious need of repair/updating. The sheet rock was bubbling and coming off the wall in the bathroom. The painting showed a lack of care or professionalism. Even the exterior of the building was in need of repair. The carpet look worn and dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. As far as amenities go, there are almost no amenities. Breakfast was a small yogurt cup, a small snack bar, a little muffin and a small can of juice.
It was a quiet place. Bid parking. Convenient location ( for us)

The a.c. didn't work, it was 97 degree highs meant for a miserable night. The walls were stained. The hot water didnt work a couple days. The cable didnt work 1 day. Hotel manager was somewhat grumpy. Stated the a.c. worked just couldn't keep up with the heat. The room never got below 80 at night
There were three of us. I booked two rooms. One room turned out having someone’s belongings still in, it not to mention a toilet with number 2 still not flushed. Front desk said they didn’t have anymore rooms, so the three of us slept in one room. That room had a board over half the window. Person working the front desk was nice though. He apologized to us for the mishap. As of two days later he’s still trying to get Expedia to reimburse me for the first room. Pretty bad experience after traveling cross country all day.
Perfect for an overnight on a road trip ! We stayed with our two children and had a good rest. Clean, comfortable room , and friendly staff. The kids most enjoyed making their own waffles as part of the breakfast provided. Another highlight for us were two deer grazing just next to the parking lot in the evening. Beautiful, and shows what a peaceful place it is ! We also enjoyed the evening in Craig with its little shops and pleasant restaurants. Overall a good choice !!!

I apologize your stay was not as expected. We do have some broken windows we have windows to install but cannot with the weather but by this spring it will be fixed. We have cut down on breakfast due to our slow season its better then wasting the waffle mix. As it gets busier we will add more choices.

We are sorry your stay was not up to expectations, not sure what you mean by the blanket you should have had a comforter and a blanket and you can always ask for another at front desk.
