Hotel was so nice and clean. Made me feel like i was staying at four seasons. Lol. Room was nice and roomy and clean too. Overall. Best hotel we stayed at out of our 9 day toad trip from so cal to victoria island. That says a lot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This place put a smile on my fac, and its only a best western. Theu should change their name to chateau best western.
Staff was not knowledgeable of area attractions, but more importantly, the shower pressure was extremely low, taking much longer to shower which defeats the purpose of environmentalism measures, and no microwave in suite.
The folks at the front desk were amazing! They were so nice and went above and beyond for us in a dozen different ways!
Wow where to start. This is a great place to stay. Front desk staff was amazing! Thank you Daniel for being such a great help. Room was fantastic, clean and very up to date. Even got 2 calls from the front desk after check in to make sure room was okay. Would definitely stay here again.
Large rooms, comfy bed, nice bathroom. The kitchenette was a great extra to have. A very happy stay!
It was what u would expect from best western. They sell pool memberships to the locals so it stays busy all the time . Very nice breakfast. Rooms are standard but furniture is very nice nice wet bar but no micro wave and. Glass glasses. Hurray

Hotel is beautifully located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Excellent eatery around the vicinity of the hotel.
We combined our stay with a theatre visit in Chemainus. Excellent performance. We had the option to book dinner with the show tickets. Dinner buffet was fabulous. The hotel was walking distance the the theatre, with a nice pool, very good breakfast and comfy kingsize bed. We plan on doing this outing again.
I stayed one night with my 1 year old daughter and mother. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. The staff were all helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed our free breakfast it was delicious. Our favourite part was the pool it was a great time. We will definietly be back.

Came down to Chemainus for a conference in Duncan and was very impressed with this hotel. The breakfast (included in room rate) was excellent, consisting of both hot and cold options. The breakfast room was clean and the staff very helpful. Our room was very well equipped and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be coming back
Rooms are very nice and clean, no complaints there. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was located close to the elevator, and you could clearly hear conversations people were having waiting to get on the elevator, and with a very slow elevator conversations would easily last 2-3 minutes at a time constantly from 6am-9am
