Welcome to our coastal retreat perfectly located in the heart of Cowes! A short 400m walk to the main street and 500m stroll to the north-facing Cowes Beach- walk to everything!
The house features 2 generous living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a bungalow/4th bedroom at the rear of the property with its own ensuite and north-facing deck.
Boasting a sun-soaked north-facing deck, a BBQ for alfresco dining and fully-equipped kitchen. Added security with an electric gate leading to a long driveway and secure access pedestrian gate. Wood heater (wood provided), laundry with washer & dryer, split systems and solar panels.
• Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed with ensuite and walk in robe
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with built in robe
• Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds (4 Single Beds) with built in robe
• Bungalow/Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed with ensuite
Linen and towels provided. Electric blanket on the Queen beds.
High-chair and Portacot available (sheets not provided).
Sunbeam Torino Coffee Machine & Espresso Grinder available to use for the coffee lovers!
