What I liked was the accessibility. It is very close to the hospital. Also the room was awesome. The only drawback was that the air conditioning unit was rather noisy. It was hard to stay asleep because of the noise.

We were given a room that was so overwhelmingly disgusting, we couldn’t even eat in the room. There were dog urine and solid waste stains all over the room, and on the curtains and even on the furniture. It was nearly midnight when we arrived, and too late in our travels (more than 8 hours) to find another room nearby. We requested a different room, and were shown ANOTHER room on the same floor which was nearly as disgusting. Besides the pet stains and odor, the telephone, shower, and two lamps in the room were broken and unusable. This was a horrible experience that we paid OVER $116 for. NEVER STAY HERE!!

Men’s lobby bathroom door won’t lock, toilet won’t flush properly, no hand soap, no paper towel, and it was that way all week even though I informed front desk.
This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was lots of parking and it felt very safe. It was close to lots of food, gas stations and the expressway. My one and only dumb complaint is that the towels were very small and thin. Everything else was wonderful!
Hotel room was pleasantly large, clean and comfortable. Since you were able to hold my room for a late checkin, my travel plans were stress free. I travel this way frequently and will return!
I would not Recommend this hotel! Our first room had stains on the rug, stains on the couch. After two days I ask to change rooms, The staff was very apologetic and we moved into another room. Not much better, the couch was stained but the rug was not stained. The hotel is a pet paradise. We stayed for eight days and I did not enjoy it. No room Service, cleaning was the day we left.
Room was against elevators, which was noisy all night. Finally quieted enough during night to get about four hours sleep before it started again in morning. Staff had no other rooms to move us to.
