The place is under a massive renovation should have been shut down to get it done yet you still get charged full price to stay there when I asked to be compensated for staying at a construction site they laughed DON'T waste your money

Very welcoming staff. Room clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that our hot breakfast was Luke warm. Eggs, bacon and potatoes were barely warm. Cinnamon rolls were cold. There was a good variety though.

Everything was great. It was a fast trip but our stay made it relaxing and restful.

We were in town for a Reds game. The hotels closer to the ballpark were full so we wound up at the Country Inn Wilder. It was about a twenty dollar cab ride to the Great American Ballpark, which worked for us. We used a cab company suggested by the hotel, and would recommend NOT doing this. The cab that picked us up was filthy and in severe disrepair. The hotel itself was as neat as a pin, check-in was a breeze, and Amanda at the front desk was pleasant. Cookies and coffee were available at all times and breakfast was served. Can't say how good the breakfast is since we did not try it.

Definitely served the purpose - room was clean staff was nice and breakfast was convenient.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Location wasn't the best, but being right off the freeway made it easy to get where you were going. Hight recommend if staying for a few nights and want to visit Cincinnati.

Easy check in easy check out! All the I between easy! Was a great stay!

The staff made us feel welcome, breakfast was very good, the hot tub was incredible, and I slept like a baby in the room. The air temperature controls were on the wall like at home, which was great. I would definitely go back!

Hotel staff were great! The room was very clean and attractive.

Great location, easy access interstate, food, fuel, parking, shopping. I have stayed here several times it is always top notch.

Room was very clean; staff was very friendly; enjoyed the complimentary cookies and apples at check in; complimentary breakfast was also good; Dairy Queen next door; lots of other great amenities like video and book lending libraries in the hotel

Had a good trip to Cincinnati. The hotel was perfectly located, out of the city hustle bustle, but only seconds from I-275 and only 10 minutes from downtown Cincy. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is to put a television in the King one bdrm suite livingroom area. There was one in the bdrm, but not in the livingroom area. Not a big deal since we were on the go most of the time, but the kids like to sit around watching television when we are there, and had to do so in the bedroom. Other than that, this hotel was perfect. We will use them again.

We loved the location. It was just 10 minutes from Cincinnati which allowed us to be close to the action without being downtown. The rooms were nice and were clean. The breakfast was not very good. Seating was very limited and they kept running out of plates and silverware. Also, one of the two nights it was so loud we got very little sleep. Apparently there was a fight in another room. Not really the hotels fault, but received little sympathy or explanation the following morning from the front desk staff.

We stayed at this hotel as we had a participant in the Flying Pig Marathon taking place in Cincinnati over the weekend. It was close and (will be after road construction) convenient to access downtown Cinci. The staff really were helpful to give us directions and were super friendly.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, amenities are good!

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a conference across the state line in Cincinnati and was looking for a more cost effective place to stay than the hotels in downtown Cincinnati. While the decor wasn't anything to write home about, it was tidy, clean, and the front desk staff was pleasant. Overall a good value.

Attend college graduation; trip was good

I just stayed hear overnight to attend a 2 day medical conference. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The hotel is clean and up-to-date. The service is prompt and friendly. The free brunch had hot and cold items. There was a fitness room and pool, which I did not have time to take advantage of. There is a movie theater within walking distance (3 min), and a nice little bar across the street called Longnecks. I love this hotel chain!

Everyone was so friendly and knew the area well enough to get us around town and back to the hotel. The breakfast was so good and the rooms were excellent...

I am truly sorry that you were dissatisfied with your stay. We have made every attempt to inform our future guests of the renovation on all of the websites. In addition, we are pricing our rooms at 20 - 30% lower than they were priced last year at this time. I will certainly address the fact that "they laughed" at you when asking for compensation. That is not how I expect our staff to treat our guests.
