Pool isnt heated as we were told it was, Jacuzzi doesnt work and was filthy, many rooms open and empty renovation i think.

Checked in later in in the night with my family and our room had a leaking roof and mold on the ceiling. I immediately call the front desk to inform the staff and he replied with, "OK, my maintenance guy is out for tonight so I'll let him tomorrow." What? Really?! I ask if we can have another room that didn't have a leaky roof and he made some mention like "Oh, we dont have any other room with a pool view." I told him, "I could care less about the pool view, I'd just like a room that doesn't have a leaky roof." He struggled with that for a minute and eventually said, "Yeah, come down and I'll put you in another room." So after gathering all of our things again, we make back down to the lobby and back to the front desk. The staff finds another room, asking if we were ok without a pool view. I again, tell him as long as the room isn't leaking from the roof, its fine. It happened to be on the other side of the property and I asked if there was a set of elevators close to where our room was or if this set in the lobby was it. He replied, "I think so..." I responded, "You think so?! I was over it and just wanted to unpack and get our daughter in bed. We get to our new room and it looks unkept; hair dryer in the sink & missing pillows on the bed... We eventually get settled and lay down for bed to hear something out at the "kitchen" table. Water leaking from above the light. At this point we were livid and literally called orbitz to cancel the rest of our stay here!

Was greeted with a warm welcome.. Our suite was so clean and comfortable.. The only thing was that the wifi was not working and i called and they said they were going to fix it and they never did.. Otherwise i slept like a queen the duvets are so comfortable..oh and the free breakfast is so good and they have room service as well

On arrival to room #114 where I and my grandson spent night we found kitchenette has no dishes and silverware any kind. Sofa bed and chair was so dirty that should be junked long aro. Pictures attached. Bath tub drain clogged then I was taking shower standing in the water. All of this happen in that hotel "one bedroom suit #114". There was charge for all that "comfort" $142.16. Frond desk was informed about all of this but even apologies verbal or written I didn't receive.

I have stayed at many hotels around the Park Inn and always pass over them even though they have availability. I'm glad I finally decided to stay with them. The were very pleasant on my arrival. I had a quick and convenient check in. My room was also very comfortable. Thanks

Many small items were not well maintained, e.g., baseboards and linens. Since I am only there for a brief sleep, you'd think it wouldn't matter but, the overall "tiredness" of the room was depressing.

If it wasn't for the flies in the room I would not have any complaints whatsoever. Room was clean and spacious :-)

Quiet and peaceful had a good stay. Breakfast was ok. Hot tub didnt work. Still enjoyed the pool.

We called to get a early check end. Not we finally got checked in like 10 min before normal check in. We got into the room and and it was dirty. The tub had rings still in it and there were someone's nasty dirty shorts in the room closet. This could be the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in...... dot do it...

We called for extra towels and pillows for like 2 times but nobody gave us and at last for the third time somebody gave it to us. And the bath towels are terrible

Staff was friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was fair. Overall room was fair - Wi fi was not so good, towels were few and stiff, Sleep comfort bed did not work and was floppy, bathroom was in need of overhaul tub was over painted and had mold in corners.

The first rooms we were giving the carpets were stained badly. The second group of rooms were better but the bathroom door was in bad shape and so was the tub.

we were quite pleased with our stay at this hotel. nice staff. out-dated by clean rooms. breakfast was ok. thanks for the pleasant stay.

Bugs in the beds air-conditioning didn't work beds were terrible they never put enough towels in room had to keep going to front desk to pick them up. Phones were broke. Tried talking to Manager but left me waiting in lobby had to call corporate Radisson for them to get her on the phone and meet me in lobby she told me she would call me about refunding me a night for my troubles but never got a call back. Don't recommend for nobody to stay

After waiting for the customer service representatives, who prioritized phone calls over the people standing in front of them, I was given a room. I walked in and it smelled bad and musty, like no one had been there for some time. There were candy wrappers on the floor, light bulbs out, the wood on the bathroom door was curled up and covered in mold, bath tub was shoddy, and the furniture and bedding must have been from at least the 70's. Not the modern, updated look that I got from the pictures they posted. I asked for a different room, and it was pretty much the same experience. I requested a refund and went somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in something that looked great on the outside and pictures, and didn't take the same care in the rooms.

The beginning of our bad experience started as soon as we entered from the parking lot. Grafitti on the elevator door. Dirty stairway and elevator. Entering the room was probably worse. Our room stunk like cigarette even though we were in a non-smoking room. By stunk, I mean it smelt like a person was smoking and blowing the fumes in my face. Terrible! The carpet was disguistingly dirty. Stains everywhere! The bathroom door had scratches all over it like if a cat was trapped in it. The air conditioning system was loud and obnoxious. It never stopped clanking resulting in a sleepless night! The shower took about 10 minutes to get hot water and the pathetic water pressure was laughable. In all, this hotel has definitely become a dump. At check out we complained about the problems listed here and the checkout clerk gave us a $30.00 discount. Its something but definitely does not make up for the horrible experience. We will never, NEVER, EVER recommend this hotel.

We checked in late Friday night. When we got to the room, that bathroom had no shower curtain, and no towel/mat on ceramic tile floor of bathroom. We called and a man brought up the shower curtain and handed it to me. The bed was a sleep number bed, that did not function. Which makes for a very uncomfortable bed. I called front desk, nobody answered, so I left a message, which no one ever returned my entire stay. We were across from the elevator, so you would here. Loud clang very time it was used. There were water pipes above room that made noise constantly. There were dead spiders in bathroom up by ceiling. We had a one bedroom suite. There was a tv in the living room only. The tv was placed on wall with the sofa on other wall, so to watch tv, you have to keep your head turned. The telephone beside bed did not work. Two of three lamps in room did not work.

First room that we got on the first floor was not very clean and it had a funny smell. We had to leave immediately after checking in so I didn't ask for another one. We came back very late in the night and there was no lights in the main room, all lamps were disconnected from the walls, we had to connect them all. There's no TV in the main room, only in the living room where the sofa bed is located. Following morning after showering a lot of water came out from the tub, don't know if the tub was defective (cracked, faulty drain) or the curtains were too small. At that point I asked for another room before we left for the day. Front counter staff was very helpful and apologetic, they switched our room to the second floor. Our second night was the worst. Around 12 AM lots of noises were in the room, at first I thought it was the A/C heater and the metal ducts and vent were expanding and contracting so I turn off the heater around 1:30 Am. But no, noises were louder, about every 30 minutes and lasted 20 seconds each time. Terrible, terrible night, we couldn't sleep. Noises went away around 4 AM. Don't know what it was, sounded like the water heater pipes (metal with metal hitting together). Didn't complain with the staff when we checked out, what the heck, we're not coming back to this hotel in the future. Hotel is very old and is time for a remodel.

Very good value. In a nice location close to many restaurants and stores

The hotel met all my expectations for price and comfort. I want to thank the hotel front desk staff, in particular, Ms. Tina Ruiz for arranging accommodations when my travel schedule landed me at the busy hotel much earlier than expected. Ms. Ruiz's efforts and her pleasant personality will make this hotel my first choice for future trips.

don't be surprised if you find kitchen no dishes,
