Nice neighborhood. Excellent location. Close to tube.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is amazing - near the tube and the theater district - and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a great experience.

The stay at this hotel made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The staff are extremely welcoming and very pleasant. They are very receptive to your questions and requests. They are also happy to assist with planning to trip/stay and any tour bookings. Rooms were clean and equipped with enough linens and toiletries. The bathroom floors were cleaned spotless every day. Best of all, the location is amazing. Very close to the Holborn tube station (Piccadilly line which takes you to Heathrow); it made traveling around London so much more convenient.

Excellent location if you want to visit soho. Close to covent garden and more shops and restaurants than you can shake a stick at, all walking distance. Staff friendly enough and got upgraded at arrival to bigger room. The rooms are classically styled and decent. The only gripe i had was in regards to the bed whereby you feel every movement your partner makes (king bed). Overall a good hotel.

The hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be in London. Hotel staff was amazing and room service was delicious and affordable. The only negative was the bed was not comfortable at all.

Friendly, helpful staff. Public areas are very attractive as is breakfast room. Step out to a restaurant filled street . Within close proximity to many theatres and shops. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and our room was maintained beautifully. Would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit.

Great hotel. Very close to everything london has to offer. But located in a nice quiet street. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are very accommodating. Only complaint would be they need better pillows however I'm sure if we'd have asked reception they would have sent new ones to our room (we didn't ask so our fault really).

Hotel location is Excellent, it met all my requirements. The Staff members were friendly. Rooms are clean and the room service was very good

I would recommend this hotel but only if guaranteed a room at the back and side of the hotel otherwise the street noise and the bar next store is very noisy. as it is open untll early hours of the morning The hotel itself has several functions rooms and can be noisy but only for a reasonable time--usually midnight. We happen to be there during a busy holiday week end. The hotel did give us a slight rebate on the room as they could not move us to another room since they were fully booked. Some great restaurants close.

Everything went great! Thanks so much. Hotel was centrally located. The Holburn station was just across the street. Big Ben was about a fifteen minute walk.

Oh, we had had the most fantastic experience at the Kingsway Hall Hotel in London. Can't say enough good words about it. Incredible staff, location, lovely room with king size bed. Right near underground and a few blocks to Covent Garden Market place. A five-star for us - and we have been all over the world!!

The hotel is in the perfect location near Soho, Chinatown, the British Museum, good pubs and restaurants. It is also near the train station. What made it outstanding for us was the staff. My daughter needed a three pronged adaptor in order to use her computer and we had only a two pronged adaptor. The person on duty at the night reception desk found a three pronged adaptor for us and saved the day. The concierge was also helpful and the staff was genuinely friendly. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. All in all, it was a happy experience for us. Oh yes, be sure to go to tea at the hotel. It was delightful.

We just absolutely loved our stay here. From the time we walked in, it was like "home". The location was at Covent Garden and near all theaters at West End, a 15 minute walk to the Thames. The staff was extremely helpful at all times. Room was great - and good appointments. Had King Size Bed. Very clean and excellent maid service. We will never stay at another hotel in London other than the Kingsway!

Nicely located, we walked to the majority of destinations or made easy tube connections. The room was a little cold (December) but the staff happily provided extra blankets. The only wifi was in the lounge, where it was free with overpriced drinks or could be bought by the hour. In this day and age, I expect room wifi to be included at anything like the price we paid for rooms.

We stayed almost two weeks in this hotel. The location is perfect for walking to most destinations in central London. Holborn tube station (Picadilly and Central lines) is only ~ 2 minutes away. We had a VERY quiet and fairly large room in the back. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The pleasant hotel restaurant serves satisfactory pre-theatre dinner and an afternoon tea, and there are many pubs and restaurants nearby. The only negative is no WiFi in the rooms. There is a cable connection in the rooms and WiFi in the lobby, both rather pricey. I used Starbucks a few steps from the hotel, at the corner of Kingsway and Great Queen Street.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very convenient to get to from the Holburn tube station. It was also in a very good location for sightseeing being within close walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was always courteous and helpful. We will stay here again if we have occasion to visit London again.

This is great hotel, located very near Covenant Garden. It's just a couple of blocks from two metro line - Cov. Garden and Holborn. A 20 minute walk to Waterloo Station. We got a great price on the room, which made it quite a deal. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was a terrific stay!

This hotel is in a great location with alot of activity all around. It was just minutes to the Underground which was very convenient for my friend any I since we did not rent a car or hire a taxi. The hotel was just down the street from the Covent Garden District which was lively with bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and appropriately sized. The only compliant we had was about the charge for the internet service which seemed alittle steep.

This is a fantastic hotel that is central to everything; Piccadilly circus, Oxford, Covent Garden, Westminter, etc. All the main attractions are only a few minutes by tube, and the closest station (holborn) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Didn't try the restaurant or other available facilities, so I can't speak to that. But overall I would recommend this hotel.
