Good- Close to Midway airport. Accommodating staff. Rooms nicely appointed Poor- Breakfast food is cheap and artificial tasting. Noise level high in rooms. Ac/heat keeps you awake cycling on and off. Noise from doors closing can keep you awake.
No bad experience here. Nothing but good things to say. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. I read the reviews of others before booking and my wife and I did not have water issues at all. Our water heated up and the pressure was fine. You do have to wait longer than 5 minutes for water to heat up but the building is on the older side so it’s to be expected. Although the building does need some TLC, the cleanliness was remarkable. Housekeeping really does a good job. Would definitely stay here again!
Some times it’s very difficult to find a clean hotel even with high reviews. But this is one that has everything, clean, nice staff, breakfast, parking comfortable beds, etc I was very happy with the service.

it was what you would expect from a hotel. clean and nice overall but probably would not stay again because of the air conditioning. its always on or always off. at night it was getting to cold so i got up to turn it off. after 1 hour it was to hot get up to turn it on... wont keep at say a desirable temp. it was also very loud. could hear the next room ac as i was turning mine on and off at night.

Well maintained, access is good, quiet and peaceful at night compared to Midway hotels. Squeaky old lifts, entrance is confusing with trucks parked everywhere in the parking lot. Fan in my restroom was not functioning, I requested them to fix it as the mirrors were fogging up. I was there for the whole week, they neither fixed it nor contacted me.
