Overall I had an excellent experience. My room was clean, I wish the soap was more pleasant smelling. My pillows were very hard and over stuffed. However the room was very nice, I felt comfortable and safe

The room was clean and in very good condition. The only reason I gave a less then perfect score for comfort is because my wife did not care for the pillows. But it is very hard to make pillows that work for everybody. We will definitely be staying with La Quinta if they are an option when we need another hotel.

Not only was the staff fun to talk to, but the motel was close to the CenturyLink.

Found ourselves scheduled to fly out of Eppley Field in the middle of an ice storm. Chose this hotel because if it's proximity to the airport and because it offered a shuttle service. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out a little later because of inclement weather. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ok. No bells or whistles. Nothing excited about it. I expected more from a LaQuinta. The previous ones I've stayed in have been much nicer. This one was clearly older and run down. They couldnt "find" us another blanket for our room. There were no towels in the pool area. The pool was nothing special either. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling that exposed a lot of duct work and even some wires. All in all I was not impressed.

Hotel's location was close to downtown area, some areas of hotel not cleaned, splatter of water or something on elevator doors left for 2 days during our stay.

I stayed at the hotel because I had an a very early flight. The room was great and an even better price. Good breakfast. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

Having stayed here several times (but several years ago) in the past, we were DISAPPOINTED. The mattress sagged on each side, screeched when we got up or down, the sheets looked ten years old and worn, the bathroom door wouldn't shut (off-kilter on the top of the frame by about a half inch). Generally in disrepair all over and the portico entrance was nearly dark upon arrival, which should have warned us right there.

Ms Cindy and Ms Dani made sure that Dad and I were taken good care of. I also left my keys on the table. They called me and gave me my car keys. I also got a wake up call so I won't be late to my grandmothers funeral! It was such a great experience , and they treated me like a family, and I felt so special...may God bless this hotel and I will recommend it to my friends. I will stay in this hotel again if given the chance! Good customer goes a long ways....

They charged money for a suit and they gave me a normal room because they dont have a suit problems when i alredy payed for a suit

Extremely convenient to airport. Started breakfast at 4:00 a. m. Which was gear as we had a 5:45 flight to catch . Very quiet . Only minor complaint: would have liked hair conditioner, lotion, and additional bar of soap.

We needed a stop over for our long drive.This place was great. The staff was great. We noticed someone brought there dog. We will check into this and will bring our dog.

The motel is located very near the Omaha airport but difficult to find for a stranger to the area. The accommodations and staff were great! We had a suitcase that had lost two screws and the maintenance man repaired it so we didn't have to buy a new suitcase. Very helpful staff!!

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in many years. Check in took way too long, the lobby overflowing with about 25 people yelling at each other while consuming mass quantities of pizza. When we finally got checked in, we couldn't get a room key because the system was down. We had to get all of our luggage at once and wait our turn to get let into our room which was already occupied. We finally got a room but the A/C was very poor and there were people running up and down the hallway most of the night. Couldn't leave the room to get dinner because we didn't have a key and was a pain to wait to get let in. Nobody who worked there wanted to hear our complaints. A very bad experience!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The person checking us in was very informative and helpful. The cookies were very good and a nice touch.

My wife and i went for business trip and this hotel really for for our needs

not close to food

The hotel is ok. No bells or whistles. Nothing excited about it. I expected more from a LaQuinta. The previous ones I've stayed in have been much nicer. This one was clearly older and run down. They couldnt "find" us another blanket for our room. There were no towels in the pool area. The pool was nothing special either. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling that exposed a lot of duct work and even some wires. All in all I was not impressed.
