My daughter, and grandkids got ate up with bed bugs. You could snell pot being smoked in the adjacent rooms. It was disgusting.

Hotel obviously remodeled recently. Very clean and very convenient to the zoo

They are remodeling so hallways were a mess and smelled strongly of paint in rooms. Breakfast was submitted part.

We had problems with our hotel key, they gave us two of them, and only one of them worked. The beds were very uncomfortable, the breakfast wasn't the greatest especially paying that much all weekend for the room. The staff was really great i can say that. And i room was clean, but our bedding on one of the beds had blood stains on it,and i didn't know about it until the next morning and i looked at it. I thought that was really gross.

The outside looks nice, but don't let that fool you: this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at - and I've stayed at some bad hotels. The carpet in my room was very dirty; my socks were ruined after just walking around. The air in my room was stale and gross; I ended up sick for nearly a week after staying here, and I wouldn't be surprised if the room was to blame. The AC unit looks like it was made in the 1970s (who knows the last time its filter was replaced) and the television is a big tube TV that made me feel like I'd traveled back in time to 1995. The complimentary breakfast was a joke: a couple of old apples and a bag of bread to make toast with. Don't stay here unless you're really really desperate.

I strongly object to the requirement that they photocopied my Credit Card and Drivers license at check in. This was followed by needing to walk around a pile of wet towels in the hallway outside my door. Everyone in our group noted that the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, even thought all of the rooms were labled non-smoking. One of my associates noted that he had water raining from the ceiling of his bathroom. Later I walked into my bathroom and discovererd the floor had standing water and the cieling dripping. The Breakfast the next morning was the minimum necessary to call it that. I will not recomend this location to anyone. It is truly being operated as cheaply as possible

The days inn hotel was great the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotless. We were seeing a concert at stir cove and the days inn location is right across the street not to mention the hotel had a shuttle pick us up for free!!!!

Nice enough. Clean room. Not much of a breakfast. Close to highway.

We always stay around Omaha on our summer trip and this hotel was disappointing. The price was good but the service and cleanliness was unacceptable. My daughter felt like she needed to wear her flip flops in the shower. There were stains on the walls, shower curtain and floors. Never again. My wife will never let me book hotels again .

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and it was perfect! The bed was highly comfortable, the room was clean and cozy, there was plenty of room and furniture. The staff was very helpful and polite. The only suggestion I would make is to please provide hair conditioner!

Good location fair price !!! Would and will stay again -)

This hotel came as a package deal so I knew I couldn't change it, but needed to go to a family reunion during my stay. The front desk person was very accommodating and put a note not to rent out my room while I was gone. Not easy access to airport, but that was not a problem. Need an updated computerized system in the lobby and expand lobby. Location behind the excellent BBQ restaurant was a plus.

Average nothing special didn't have much to offer.

Called for directions' and ended up lost. Staff did not know correct interstate or the restaurant that was blocking view of hotel from street. Received no receipt at check out as the receptionist . That never happened before either. Only hot entre for breakfast was warm oatmeal Not what we expected for a continental breakfast.

I had a nonsmoking room but it smelled enough like cigarettes that I was nauseous and my clothes still smelled when I unpacked my bag the next night at home. The breakfast was a lackluster choice of toast, cereal, and yogurt. Nothing cooked and not even bagels or Danish. I regularly stay over in Council Bluffs but this hotel is off my list. I've stayed at better elsewhere in town.

Friendly staff clean rooms not noisy breakfast could've been better but great value for price!!

This place was great for what we needed. Inexpensive. Close to interstate. Clean room. A++

Close to downtown Omaha across the river (no toll). Close to Harrah's casino (lost $80). Hog's Stop BBQ convenient place for breakfast (open 6am) and dinner but very basic dining decor. Room was comfy as to be expected with hotel of this budget quality. Could have more updated trim. Fluorescent bulbs in bathroom too dark for my taste.

I have stayed here before and the staff was very interactive and made good suggestions as to what I might enjoy. This time the evening clerk was on the phone making non-stop personal calls. The early morning clerk helped me with the internet in the lobby which was nice. The continental breakfast was all carbs. How about raising the rates a buck and put some hard boiled eggs out for protein.

no frills! but it was an ok at best place to stay.
