The hotel was very convenient for a weekend stay. The staff was professional and the room was perfect.

one of the few hotels in the area with an indoor pool. it was a small pool but scratched the itch anyway.

Probably the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Walking up to them you wouldnt think they wanted to help or maybe they were run down with stress from covid, but once i started talking to them they all were super helpful and kind. (I talked to 3 total) The pool needs to be updated some (the bottom of the pool seemed to be coming up) but other than that it looked clean. Be prepared with covid though there is no housekeeping unless requested, towels and trash bags have to be placed outside the door and for new ones i had to go downstairs to get. (wish i knew all this day 1 haha) Overall i think the only thing i wish was better was communication from the start, i know things are different now because of covid but for those of us just now starting to travel we dont know. haha

I have always enjoyed my stays at Hampton Inn. I had booked a stay and I was notified on Monday prior to my reservation on Thursday that our boat we were supposed to pick up wouldn't be ready for another week. Per contract I would have had to cancel my reservation by midnight the night before, but didn't realize that I needed to change the date of reservation until the next morning. The hotel would not let us change the date for the following week. So needless to say I was out $128.00. When I did come the following week, I stayed at Quality Inn. I will no longer be doing business with Hampton Inn

They need to clean the floors in all the rooms better and more often the carpet is sticky under my feet I had to wear shoes the entire time I was in there. it would also be nice if the workout room had a couple more options that I realize it’s not very big ... Other than that everything was perfect, Every single staff member I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating, to me that makes or breaks hotel, and in this case it was superb customer service.

The room was small and it wasn't very clean the breakfast was decent but it's better than most of the hotels in Mountain Home

We didn't spend very much time in our room, so didn't need anything fancy. However, the room was clean and comfortable with the essentials - TV, microwave, fridge and two comfy queen-size beds. The front-desk employee was courteous and competent. This stay only reinforced my belief that Hamptons are always a safe bet!

We stayed here after floating down the lower Buffalo River all day. It was perfect. Nice staff, Great Bed!, easy to find and Very Clean. Nice new hotel with full breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were touring in that area of Arkansas and the Hampton Inn was a very good base for us. Good location and nice clean rooms added to the enjoyment.
