We were in town to tour the University and this was a perfect place for him to get a feel for the campus since it was on campus. Students are able to use the lobby to study so that was neat to see.
The hotel is decorated nicely and it is wonderful that students come to use the facilities to study. Some of the furniture is a bit worn, but overall it looks great.
We love this property. The campus vibe, the location, the ambience, having Starbucks right onsite, etc. It is all great. Highly recommend.
There were 3 pubic hairs on the used bar of soap in the bathroom & the only thing the hotel did was give us 4 free drink vouchers. Parking is also not included.

I liked the decor. I didn’t like that I paid for a king room and was given a room with 2 double beds upon check in and was told there were no king rooms left. What happened to the one I reserved well over 2 months ahead of time?!?
The only thing I thought not good is that we had pay for parking where we stayed. I never paid for a hotel where you paid for parking to stay in there hotel. And 25 dollars a night that not good.
The hotel, the staff, and the room were all great… I just did not expect the hotel lobby to be the local student union hang out gossip central… unclear if part of the hotel is actually student housing …
Very nice property and close to the starting line of the Twin Cities Marathon races. I appreciated the staff member informing me that it would be cheaper to park at the ramp next door instead of on site.
Great room, large HD TV, everything in the room like new, upscale and a bed more comfortable them mine at home.
