The village itself is nice and well maintained, the staff all speak many languages very well and there is a good range of activities for rainy days. The spa was amazing, very relaxing and very clean and the breakfast included pretty much every thing you could want.

Disappointing is the word. Plus: Service at the front desk and overall polite, good, professional and attentive (not at all time though!) SPA is clean and spacious Cleanness 10/10 - thanks to those two wonderful ladies from the housekeeping service Spacious room Good swimming pool Decent breakfast Decent restaurant food Minus - need major improvement Wifi not working despite several follow ups with the front desk - no action taken Hot water - non existent - rather warm-ish to cold - again several follow ups with front desk but no action. An entire week without it. Room - for a 4 star hotel? Quite poor really. Old and outdated. Hairdryer not working, no hot water, no wifi, front door not locking from the inside, no outdoor night light - again, several follow ups but no fix. No kettle for a tea/coffee and obviously no coffee or tea either. Restaurant is overpriced but great service SPA - a rip off. You get charged 15eur to enter and other 5 to get some plastic flip flops and a towel. Underground car park is hell -unpractical and almost like a trap with all those narrow corridors and pillars which do not allow maneuvers. The overall facility seems to be a bit run down and old, almost a 1970s style, while the service is polite and at first glance attentive, they tempt not to follow up on guests’ requests.. they almost seem to have forgotten the basics - put your client first and make sure he/she has a memorable experience. And - good luck if you want to book a taxi to anywhere. It will cost you an arm and a leg! Overpriced for what it is. Sorry, we won’t come back.

It did not help, that during out short trip, the weather was terrible. On the plus side, the hotel is comfortable, and finished to a high standard. The staff are very helpful, and did all they could to sort things out when needed. When we arrived, in the pouring rain, we found that our room was not in the main part of the hotel. So, a nice man drove us the very short distance with our bags. I have said that the rooms were good, but on the downside, there are no tea and coffee making facilities. To have tea or coffee you have to go to the main part of the hotel. As a trip back to the main building resulted in us getting soaked, we were not very happy. The hotel, kindly changed our room the next day so we were in the main hotel. They provided us with a kettle, but we had to go out and buy tea, milk and mugs! In both of the rooms we stayed in, there were no instructions or information about anything. So, when it did get hot in the night we were not able to work the aircon. There were no instructions for the TV, meal times, or local info etc. You could get the info from reception, but it gets embarrassing if you keep having to call! We had half board. Sadly it was a buffet. The food was not bad, and the salad items were good and varied, but the hot food was always luke warm. The hot food was uninspiring, and unappealing, which was a shame. The wine was good, and is extra. At the end of the meal, in the evening, you cannot have a coffee in the restaurant, but have to go to the bar for that. The wifi was not good in the rooms. The location was not great. It was near to lots of lovely areas, but it really is in no mans land. I feel bad to leave this review, as the staff were very nice. Had the weather been better, the down points would not have mattered so much. I had hoped to be able to just relax a bit despite the weather, but did not find it was easy to do so.

We were staying just one night and needed after 4 days on bicycle some wellness afterwards. Therefore it was the perfect choice, but I cannot rate the gym, soccer, tennis and pool facilities. Pro: + 1,5 Hour Wellness was included + Wellness facilities are great (Turkish sauna, hot sauna, steam room, nice whirlpool, quite room etc.) + towel and slippers for wellness are provided + several choices for lunch, dinner and snacks (food was ok but not super good) + chauffeur service to the room + several sport facilities which I cannot rate + breakfast starts early morning 7:15 and there is a big choice of different things + nice garden are with bridges + friendly stuff + bathroom with separate toilet, shower and mirror area Con: - checkin took very long and starts at 4pm (maybe we were in the rush hour) - bed was not 100% clean (had some sand in there but haven’t been to the beach on that day - we were one of the first for the breakfast but eggs and bacon was already cold - location a little bit outside of the city in an industrial area

This hotel is cheap and therefore you can't expect 5 star quality. However the rooms are large and cleaned everyday. The breakfast is varied with fruit, cakes, bacon eggs etc totally acceptable. The evening meal comprises of salads and a pasta, fish or meat main. For the money you pay I don't know how they do it. Staff in the dining room are sweet but not trained - no great crime. The hotel pool is nice but the gym is a bit tired and grubby. All in all go expecting the above and you will have a good time. A car is ESSENTIAL you are out in the sticks. Sardinia is beautiful.

This resort lies about 3 km outside the center of Olbia. There is a lot of activities and possibilities available. The staff is very help fuld and kind and our room was clear and comfortable. Only thing you should know is that this place is situated in the middle of an industrial area. So you should have a car or bikes to get out and enjoy the fantastic surroundings.

Great hotel and with good facilities.free parking and closer to the airport,OlbiaCicty.. and to restaurants with live music behinds the hotel in the same area..very friendly people staffs.very big breakfast room abd nice garden. We got a very nice family roomdownstairs with garden.cleaning ladys coming everyday.very nice big swimming pool with lovely activities for our children.. love my every mornibg breakfast with good service espresso or cappuccino the staffs bringin to our table..the wifi working good. Nice beaches especially mama beach. For sure will come back next time.. we Love Olbia and this hotel they are good with kids and to us and I won cocktail games ☀️🎉 Thanks you for great memories

We spent here 4 day break with kids, sports facilities are amazing; swimming pool is huge and well organized, tennis courts with possibilities to have lessons; Spa is great value too and food is fab! Will be back!

Visited in December with family. Huge triple room with very large double bed. Bathroom good size. Very generous breakfast with cakes, fruits, jams, cheese, breads, milk, cereals, juices. The espresso coffee could have been better. The pizza in the next door pizzeria was the best I've had anywhere! The SPA includes a pool with a number of water jets for massage all the body. There is also a warm water pebble course for massaging the feet, Finnish and Turkish sauna. To end it's possible to enjoy a tisane in the SPA.

Friendly staff clean room spacious. Very simple not great to work out of. At a 4 star you want things to work with attention to detail but the light on my desk doesn’t work the TV is very old like the furniture and wonky little table... it could be better but it’s definitely worth more than the 1 star reviews I’ve seen here.
