We spent here 4 day break with kids, sports facilities are amazing; swimming pool is huge and well organized, tennis courts with possibilities to have lessons; Spa is great value too and food is fab! Will be back!
Visited in December with family. Huge triple room with very large double bed. Bathroom good size. Very generous breakfast with cakes, fruits, jams, cheese, breads, milk, cereals, juices. The espresso coffee could have been better. The pizza in the next door pizzeria was the best I've had anywhere! The SPA includes a pool with a number of water jets for massage all the body. There is also a warm water pebble course for massaging the feet, Finnish and Turkish sauna. To end it's possible to enjoy a tisane in the SPA.
Friendly staff clean room spacious. Very simple not great to work out of. At a 4 star you want things to work with attention to detail but the light on my desk doesn’t work the TV is very old like the furniture and wonky little table... it could be better but it’s definitely worth more than the 1 star reviews I’ve seen here.
We went here for my 65th birthday when we got there they were not helpful gave us the key and we had to try and find the room which was difficult as the numbers were all over the place. We paid up front for half board but they didn't want to give it to us asked for more money the food was awful I was looking for to eating lovely food no it was worse than airport food. The room was room very nice the window had a very large crack across it so we could not open it went to have a bath the water was not hot and to make it worse it was brown there was no plug in the shower there shower over the bath was broken so could not use that. The reception staff were rude did not want to know when they wanted couldn't understand English but when you were talking pound notes they could. Wanted 3 hours for the Manager then it was only a acting supervisor. Did not get any money back couldn't eat the food ordered a hot chocolate to take some meds it was solid had to eat it with a spoon. No tea/coffee making in the room so had to wait to go downstairs but as I had so many meds to take very difficult I asked a room near the lift no chance. Allinall one of the worse ever had and I was looking forward so much. We over looked pipes and ducts
Well what can I say? From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptional. They could not do enough. Yes the hotel us in the middle if nowhere but we were going to relax and relax we did. The room was beyond our expectations. The staff picked us up brought us to the bar and back again. Down side is it's not close to amenities so I'd suggest taking beer and booze in your case as the bar is expensive but listen not to bad reviews this place is amazing. I'm going back I loved it. The spa is amazing the restaurants are ok but not outstanding. If you do eat in then I'd recommend the fillet steak. Honestly I'm hard to please bit this place is fantastic. If you bring your own booze I promise you won't be disappointed
Overpriced, poor worn out decor, rude staff, expensive restaurants ....the list goes on It took us over an hour to check in. No apology offered by staff. Locals seemed to go straight to the front of the queue. We were given a room outside the main building. The room was tired and really needed modernising. TV was also broken and old. WiFi didn’t work throughout our 5 night stay. When this was reported to reception no action was taken. Generally the staff in the whole resort were rude and unfriendly. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing to write home about. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The on-site restaurants are expensive and don’t offer much choice. Gym is tired but functional Overall, I would Recommend that you avoid this place. Especially given the prices, poor service and lack of investment to modernise
We stayed at the hotel as we participated at a sports event being held at Geovillage sports hall. This is very convenient, but... Personnel is totally unfriendly and cannot handle any customer requests. You can eat and sleep there, but do not expect anything else from them - customer service is unknown terminology. The facilities are relatively old and not well preserved, as an example, in the restrooms in the sports hall the doors could not be closed and were not hygienic (no paper, no soap). And if you want to have some fun in the hotel - there is no music allowed in the bar and even to turn on the TV you need the approval of the sales manager... we are glad we stayed only two nights there!
My husband and I stayed for 8 days. It's a huge place with lots to do. Helpful staff. Clean and very spacious rooms. Breakfast is simple but good. Restaurants on sight are fine too if you're feeling like a night in. Close to Olbia with easy access by bus. We hired a car to visit the many beaches and I recommend a car so you can make the most of your holidays. It is a beautiful island.
Groupon 3 day break offer. Close to airport. Hotel very clean & well kept. English speaking staff on reception & all very helpful. Beautiful leisure pool, although pool bar not open out of season. Excellent sports facilities. Free 90 mins spa use offered. restaurants onsite (necessary as the complex is set on an industrial area, so no where to walk to). Beach shuttle available in season. Negative- no tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom. No bedroom balcony to just sit & relax, although plenty of terrace areas around complex. Hot food at breakfast was Luke warm/cold. Disappointing (although lots of choice-just not hot) Restaurant prices are average. Local beach very clean. 3 beach restaurants. Sea water crystal clear & very shallow (ideal for kids/non swimmers)
We stayed July 2017 for one night in Geovillage. It is a huge property with a hotel and several sport and wellness buildings. Unfortunately this Hotel is not indicated for peace loving guests as it is overhelmed by non italian guests and families (in this time Russians). There is people everywhere, childern running around, the restaurant people was running around like confused chickens, there was a childern animation in front of the dining area and we had to wait aprox 2 hours to get our rather expensive and commercial quality food. If you have childern and want a inexpensive accomodation near the Airport of Olbia then you may be happy there, otherwise probably not... The car parking below is the worst designed parking space i ever saw!
- Free buffet breakfast
- Free WiFi in rooms and public areas
- Free parking
- Onsite dining
