This is a pleasant well kept hotel, have stayed in both room and apartment both are good. Pool is pleasant and a nice area to sit and relax. The hotel is near a big supermarket ideal if you stay in the apartment. It is approx 10 min pleasant walk from the main town, You pay extra to use the underground car park. It is on a busy road so ideally you want a room that does face directly on to the main road.

Great hotel clean rooms friendly staff way better than the price leads you to expect. Food was good drinks measures were splendid ..............................................I have just returned from another visit to Tortosa and the Hotel delivered again great place to stay.

Stayed two nights, very good location for walking into the medieval part of town, lovely interesting town, can be a bit noisy at the front of hotel, ask for room at rear, nice pool with friendly staff, breakfast was included which was fine for a family

We hired an apartment at the above, as we had tickets to see the motor GP at Aragon. You could not get better for what it cost us I had booked & paid in sterling £209. We could walk out safely, it was nice & clean by the pool side. We are thinking of returning next year some absolutely stunning scenery all around great weather stayed 24-28th Sept 2015.

This is our third stay in the hotel and we will always go back. Basic room and this time had a fridge which was a real bonus, would be nice to have tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Cleaned every day and towels on demand if required. Would have liked another pillow as we normally have two. The pool was clean and area around tidy, very safe for our 8 year old daughter. Good breakfast selection to suite all three of our needs. Very happy with our stay as everyone very friendly, will be back next year.

Great hotel, however this is my 10th visit over the last few years and the last two times my email was hijacked by a member of staff most probably, I complained to reception who suddenly failed to understand English.

Stayed for three nights and our room was very clean, and towels were changed each day (Towels were a bit rough though!) Our room had a fridge but no tea making facilities which would have been nice. I found the bed and pillows too firm for me and as a result ended up with backache but for others the bed may be fine. Food in the restaurant was very nice and good value for money at 13 euros(midweek) for set menu including wine and coffee. Underground parking was nice to have and was secure. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would return to this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel/apartment with 2 young children. The apartment was fine although a little basic (a fridge/sink and 2 hob rings). We could not get hot water to run the bath although the sinks seemed fine. We only stayed 1 night so did not get a chance to report this problem. The garden with childrens area was good although the pool was not suitable for young children as there was no shallow end. The pool also needed some attention as tiles were broken badly near the slope/steps .

We stayed in this hotel during our house hunting in the region. Here are few points I would like to point out about our visit; overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back, town and its surrounding is very rustic and out of the beaten track. Easy to reach by car + good underground parking; nice garden, pool and small playground for children; pleasant staff; good price; nice size of rooms and bathroom and plenty of storage, good although a bit chaotic breakfast (during weekend due to number of guests). Not even basic English spoken by several bar and restaurant staff; hotel computer didn't have smooth connection to the Internet and wasn't connected to a printer; there was a very noisy party till late one night.

9 euros for parking, no hot water, staff not really concerned, Managed to get 9 euros back for lack of hot water. Noisey room right next to boy racer route and all night garage. Quite a walk through less than attractive area to get to Centre, didn't feel totally safe walking back to hotel. Would not go back.
