We was a group of 36 males staying in 13 rooms at this hotel that just have spend a 4 night (1st/5th Oct) in this Cheap and Cheerful Value for Money 3 stars Hotel .... The staff at this hotel are fantastic, buffet breakafsts and buffet dinners where nice and very reasonable, Rooms where cleaned and done daily ... Hotel is very centraly only less then 5 minute walk to central strip close to all pubs and disco's .Wifi in reseption was great and free too . One thing one can find wrong and strabge in this hotel and we was lucky that Oct was a bit cooler ,that the rooms have no airconditioner and dont even at least have seeling fans ... Sure in summer months this would have been a problem to us .. Sure if this hotel will add this in it's bed rooms it will be a much better and a great value for money hotel . Still we enjoyed our stay at this hotel ...

Not far from the main Road, this is a budget hotel. Room was a bit stuffy and you could here the people from next door talking. No aircondition or fans. Breakfast was good and the evening meal was average. Evening entertainment was a disco for the over sixties.

We have been there for a 7 nights holiday and had a realy good time. We arrived after dinner time but they had a cold supper prepared for us, which was great after a long journey. At the reception got all the explanation we needed about the room, restaurant and hotel. The food was quite good, various and enough, the plates refilled as the food was finishing. The waiters were fiendly and kind, The rooms and bathrooms are modest, not very modern but clean. The room was cleaned and the towels replaced daily. In some nights it was a party organized for the guests in the lounge. The location was favorable, very close to the main rode, to shops, to the main shopping avenue, to the bus station and close enough to the beach (about 7 minutes), away from the noise. We unliked that the wi-fi didn't always worked, but after all you are in a vacation, it's not a neccesarity. Per general fulfilled our expectation, for the price paid it was excellent, we recommend it and we would sure go back.

Returned from the Mundial today. 24/08/16. This hotel is a lovely little gem of a hotel lost amongst the rhinestones of Lloret de Mar. Typically Spanish. Warm. Cosy. Friendy. A little oasis of calm and tranquility in the middle of mayhem which is Lloret de Mar. 4star staff.3 star+ hotel. Nil points for the surrounding area. If you have booked then don't be concerned, close enough to everything you'll need for a good holiday, just pack the ear plugs.

Very impressed with kind and helpful staff and service, nothing was too much trouble whenever we needed help or advice. Good cleaning service. Bright cheerful reception area. Good evening entertainment. 1 minute to shops, 5 minutes to sea front, and next door to bus station ( for easy excursions and travel ). Excellent value for money.

A poor choice for a hotel, with small rooms that have very small bathrooms with toilets very near to the sink. A restaurant with poor food and even worst wine that is very expensive for the quality. The staff is kind, but with no knowledge of english except for the people from reception. I cant recommend it.

3 star hotel, in the center of Lloret de Mar. Very good location, close to shopping, restaurants and discos. But a little bit far away from the beach. We didn't like the room, that we've got on the day of arriving, so asked for changing the room and nice lady on reception solved the problem. Can not say, that the hotel rooms are on a high level, but for 3 star hotel -ok. You get the services, you pay for( value for money). Food is very good, a lot of various dishes. In the evenings hotel guests can dance in the hall of the hotel, almost every day there is a live music. Shiny weather 23-29.09, from 30.09 rainy and not warm anymore. I' m not sure that we'll be back to this hotel again, but for people who don't want to pay for expensive hotel this option is pretty good:) P.S. The rooms are not air conditioned, it was not a problem for us in September, but probably in summer it's too hot..

Recently travelled here for a week from the UK with a group of aged 30-40something girlfriends. I didn't encounter a single British person the whole week as the resort is predominantly German & Scandinavian which was also reflected at the hotel. The situation is good, close to the nightlife but not right on the strip & only a short walk for shopping or to the beach. The section of beach down by the strip is quite young but a bit further up is quieter & better for families with some nice restaurants. We arrived on a Wednesday & the first 2 nights were fine although the noise levels certainly increased over the weekend but then quietened down a bit post weekend. I would recommend you take some good ear plugs as with no air conditioning you tend to sleep with the doors open & are subject to the 'drunken post club walk home' at around 4.30am. Easily sorted with the ear plugs. The room was clean (and kept clean daily throughout our stay), averagely furnished although there were only 2 plug sockets...tricky when using a fan (a necessity without any air con although cheap to hire from reception), trying to dry your hair & charging 2 mobile phones all at the same time. Go careful not to drop anything on the balcony as I lost a flip flop down to the pool area & an ash tray rolled off & smashed on the pathway beneath because there's a gap between the floor & the rail! Something I noticed about a lot of the hotels in Lloret. Breakfast was good, a good buffet selection & a slight variation on the hot food some days. Not sure about chorizo sausages for breakfast mind you! Bar drinks were cheap although it seemed there were sometimes limited staff & a bit of a wait to get served but the bar/reception area was quite big & lots of places to sit. Staff were always polite & helpful. Free wifi in the bar/reception area but not in the rooms. I didn't use the pool area, although our balcony overlooked it. There were only approx 8 sunbeds, all of which were used most days & 2 sides of the pool quite shady but the pool was pretty quiet most days & there was a small area outside to sit & have a drink. I would say it's an average basic hotel, that does what it says on the tin pretty much. If you're not looking to spend much time in the room it's ok although it could definitely do with updating with air con.

Some of the reviews are negative about this hotel but we have just had a wonderful week here. Our room was big , bed was comfy ,had a decent size balcony . Fairly basic no hairdryer and only two plug sockets no fridge but had a safe which cost €20 plus €10 deposit refundable. No air conditioning which could be a problem in hot months , hotel has central heating for winter stays . All the staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable . Drinks are very reasonable in the bar with plenty of entertainment. Near to old town and not far from beach. For what we paid , we would recommend Hotel Mundial Club and would certainly come back.

I booked at The Mundial Club Hotel with a little caution after reading various reviews on here. However I can safely say I am glad I followed through with the booking. The hotel was great and not too noisy as many people have been complaining about. Lloret in September had a healthy mix of young and older visitors and is a place for all ages. Aside from the clubbing strip the beach and surrounding areas are family friendly and simply beautiful. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any of our needs and to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis and was a decent size with a sun terrace on the 6th floor. The decor is a little outdated but the same has to be said for the majority of the hotels and apartments withing Lloret. Breakfast was always ample and catered for everyone. The pool and pool bar are also a great addition. Contrary to much of the moaning on here the rooms are all air conditioned and also come with balconies. The pool is small but we spent more time on the beach which is a 5 minute walk rather than spending the days sat in the hotel. The lobby has free and reliable wifi and plenty of sofas for relaxing as well as a pool table and a tv room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Lloret to people of all ages and don't let anyone's comments on here put you off booking!
