Just back from holiday, was a bit apprehensive after reading a lot of poor reviews, all I can say is we absolutely loved it, all staff very friendly, apartments were spotless, only downfall was the stairs! But later found the lifts. Dont think I would recommend for people with disabilities unless they were ground floor within hotel, brilliant holiday and would definitely highly recommend staying here

Rooms terrible, 1 socket? Very uncomfortable and noisy, rude bar staff, all inclusive food at bar consists of sandwiches dated until 2018?, how can bread ham n cheese last that long? Restaurant staff and reception staff lovely, no life guards at pools?

I never write reviews or complain until now. How this hotel is still running I will never know! ALL reception / bar staff so unhelpful and rude didn't want to help at all. Food disgusting with mould all over the bread. Rooms tiny & so dirty. There was 7 girls in our group ( all in our late 40's so clearly not rowdy ) and the bar staff would only let us have1 drink per person yet ' favourited ' couples and there wasn't an issue. So many faults with this hotel I honestly cannot believe why anyone would book to go. It's the worse by far I've ever visited & doesn't even deserve 1*. Pools freezing not possible to swim in at all. I urge anyone looking into this to NOT book, you will be hugely disappointed.

Reception staff great in making sure we had a nice room. Food plentiful and bar /restaurant started, polite and patient with me trying the odds words of Spanish I know Having a good time . We are all inclusive and only paid 297 pounds with Shearings. Coach drivers Neil and David treated us with a wonderful gift which was fantastic. Making sure our honeymoon was celebrated.

Do not book this hotel. Is it awful. Staff are a disgrace and they are so rude. There is absolutely no entertainment for the children atall and everything the advertise is made up. They have a spanish man playing a piano at night that he clearly isnt playing and thats your entertainment nothing else. The kids have had the pool to entertain theirself and even then they get told off for playing with their toys in the water. They should have hotdogs etc by the pool bar for snacks through the day and they don't have any and when you ask why they just shrug and hold their hands out. Water park is non existent as it doesn't open until 2018 and by all accounts has never been opened. Food is awful the children have lived on bread rolls all week. The French literally take over everything they push in front of you like you don't exsist and they are clearly more important than the British by the way they get greeted to how we get greeted they get a hand shake we get grunts. Really bad experience and it has ruined the holiday. The town is beautiful and the beach is lovely but the hotel has spoiled it for us all. Definitly not a family hotel and would not advise you staying here if you have children. Awful!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel should have been graded 1 star as rooms were sub sub standard! We were offered another room which was as poor as the first which had holes in the floor and shower hanging of the wall, etc. Once I spoke to Imogen, a great rep, did we get a better room. The queues for the dining room were horrendous, at least a wait of 20-25 minutes to get in the dining room and then had to clear a table ourselves. Pool area was filthy and most sunbeds were broken.

Extremely dated hotel, rust bath, paint coming off the walls. Food tasted awful and was not labelled to even know what it was. Customer service was extremely poor and you were made to feel like a burden. I could go on but I would rather forget about this place...

Hi i have been in this place for 7 days in september 2017. The room i got was terrible. Like somebody said earlier, its from 1970s. Out of date, old, used up- all description fits. Beds: worst thing ive had in my expierance. Double bed made from two singles, mattresses were from 1920s. Hard, unconfortable, squeaking like from cheap highways motels from movies. no kettle no hairdryer wall sockets barely usable (old). Bathroom old like my grandpa trousers. Bath glued up, fixed many times with silicone, looked bad. But room was cleaned up daily, fresh towels. Staff a little bit rude in reception.Sport fans were positioned next to my family (including baby) room. Asked for relocating, i was told i need to pay extra. I know its budget 3 star hotel, still you can get better room in other hotel for the same price. Breakfast ok, sometimes too crowded at times. Swimming pools not too bad. Noticed that half of hotel have renovated 3star rooms, another half these 1970s beauties:) I was unlucky, so got the old one. Would i go hare another time? NO no no. Thats my opinion.

Ok so I'm currently staying at this hotel on the last night of eleven. We arrived on the Sunday late and were given keys to our room. When we opened the door to the room we were disappointed that it was quite dated but it was clean. The double bed we were expecting turned out to be to singles pushed together. As so as we walked through the door there were lads in the next room who were very loud and smashing glass.I went back down to reception and requested a room change which they did straight away from third floor to fourth. It was now past midnight and I needed to sleep after long day .The second room was exactly the same 1970s decor but quiet. No kettle or hairdryer provided. The following morning we purchased a travel kettle for €8 and were at least able to make tea in the room.We had taken a travel hairdryer. I think some of the reviews on here are unfair, like everything in life you get what you pay for.You want 5 star luxury then budget and pay for that type of hotel. The hotel complex itself is very good, several pools including a heated covered pool and a spa. There are lots of steps but also if your patient lifts to every level.Meals are served in two restaurants, both serving the same from what I can tell.Breakfast is ok, continental, cereal ,normally egg of some description, bacon which the Spanish just don't know how to do and sausage. Also yogurt and toast etc. Evening meal is much better, whilst Gordon Ramsey would give it a huge kicking it was ok and buffet style. Most night's the meat option was beef or chicken but there is always fish and vegetables. The house wine,if your not all inclusive, is €4.50 for a bottle. The hotel is centrally located,10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are friendly, the rooms are very dated but clean. This,in my opinion,is an ok budget hotel.I would like to ask the people who criticise what there budget was ? Like I said you get what you pay for and this hotel is ok for the money

Our room was decent and worth the one star given.. Our friends' rooms were not quite worth a star. The food was absolutely terrible. Bread was hard as rocks, but the coffee was good. The staff/service was the worst part.. No service, not a single smile - just angry employees looking at all guests like they wished they would just leave again. Well, I think that most guests stayed away as much as possible, so they got what they wished for. We sincerely apologise for choosing your hotel for our stay - will not happen again! And we were not youngsters on a party holiday, btw.
