We have had a wonderful time at this simply lovely hotel. The room was beautiful. A fridge and kette provided.Really friendly staff. The spa is amazing. I really can't fault it. I did bring English tea but we can forgive them for that! And they brought fresh milk to us as soon as we asked. Totally recommend this place.

Okay hotel looks amazing very modern and funky. Good - the rooms and general hotel is very clean and well presented. The spa amazing treatments and lovely therapists. Location very near the beach and promenade Not so good - the breakfast especially the small hot selection was appalling bacon barely cooked, the scrambled egg looked liked it had been cooked hours ago, but it was stone cold! We did complain . The cheeses, ham and pastries were fine , Overall we enjoyed our stay but the breakfast was a real let down.

Incredible coctails. Bit flashy which I liked. Glamourous. Stunning pool on the roof where you can't really hear traffic and see all around sitges. Very relaxing indeed I'd highly recommend it . Just go through the hotel lobby and in lift to top floor. Your allowed even if not staying at the hotel . Very pleasant staff and spotless . Treat yourself to the coctails u won't be disappointed!!!

Great room, great bathroom, great location. Close enough to the town to wander round but far enough away that you weren't in the craziness. Really nitpicking, I would have liked more Spanish music playing rather than bland hotel music but given it's a hotel....

Spending three nights at Hotel MIM was a great way to kick off our trip to Spain. The rooms are spacious and the beds were super comfortable—exactly what you want to come back to after a super-hard day of hanging at the beach and eating a ton of tapas. Don't forget about the hydrotherapy circuit in the basement, which is free for registered hotel guests. My boyfriend and I managed to spend about a half-hour there checking it out before it closed and it's a nice add-on to an already nice hotel.

I was extremely impressed with the hotel. Very clean, very high end decorating, and staff was incredible. Less than a block to the beach and about a block and half to the village. I will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Sitges!

Enjoyed great bar service and delicious tapas at a friend's engagement party. Brilliant views over Sitges and very relaxed and chill venue. Staff friendly and helpful. An excellent venue for meeting friends or a function.

Great location, spotlessly clean rooms and reception area. Sky bar and pool are lovely, unfortunately I was here on my own on a business trip so didn't make full use of it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Parking expensive and negotiating the entrance to the car lift that takes you down the 3 floors to it was very awkward, you would have no chance in a large SUV or minivan. Only missed out on 5/5 as breakfast was a little disappointing, eggs and bacon were almost cold and there was no butter for the bread. I was expecting a bit better for price . However everything else was to a very high standard

Nice hotel, modern rooms, but airco works only when you are in the room (you need the door key). Good location in Sitges. Bathroom however is designed by somebody not taking a shower (where to put soap? where to hang towels?). Room service was sloppy (e.g. no coffee pads with machine) Prices fluctuatie very much on website. Find the right deal.

We are staying here for six nights in a Junior Suite. This is an expensive hotel at neatly €400 per night (with breakfast & parking) but reputed to be the best hotel in the central area. It is 4 star not 5 star and therefore don't expect face cloths, tissues or more than a small bottle of water in the rooms. The rooms generally are great with good rain showers and ours with a couple of sinks and a bath. The junior suites are on the corner looking at the back of the Calipolis and then the sea. Other standard rooms have limited views or on lower floors no view at all, are small and no rooms have balconies. The hotel has a great spa which hotel guests have to pay to use whilst suites get one hour free. It's a bit mean really although I suspect the spa might be independently run. The best feature is the Sky Bar which is a destination and here the problems start. The problem is that anyone can use the Sky Bar and use it they do. There are only seven rather uncomfortable beds by the unheated but attractive plunge pool. There is no check at all on who uses them. Therefore you are VERY lucky if you get one as you are competing with not only other hotel guests but hotel visitors too. Secondly there is no service priority for hotel guests so you can wait an age to get served behind a queue of outsiders. For example this morning a group of outside guests came to sit by the pool, take lots of selfies and not even order a coffee or drink. Why management cannot or don't want to control the pool is amazing. The Sky Bar is sold for parties and events so often there are noisy parties going on at lunch and the pool closes at 7pm anyway for dinner/evening events. Clearly the management dilemma is that they sell the hotel to hotel guests at a high price who expect to be able to use the Sky Bar. However they make significant revenue from the Sky Bar and want to use it for events and outside guests. This really needs sorting out as hotel guests get a raw deal which is why I give the hotel three stars. I still recommend the hotel if you can afford it but my suggestion for the Sky Bar would be to keep the pool area itself ONLY for hotel guests and no one else. They need new and more beds and they need to prioritise service for hotel guests as well. Finally the staff working there are generally very good but the Sky Bar is understaffed. This results in slow service. But it is only a four star hotel so maybe we shouldn't expect too much from the MIM Group who now manage this hotel!
