Stayed for a week. Arrived at 11am and couldn't check in until 12 but our room wasn't ready until 12.30. As an all inclusive package and travelling from 6am I would have though we still could have had our wristbands so that we could at least get a drink. Rooms spotless, in fact the whole place is spotless because the cleaners never stop. Staff are friendly especially the 2 girls that run the snack bar and the restaurant staff couldn't do enough to help. The staff work long shifts but are always polite and very hardworking. The only issue I had was with a blonde girl on reception that was rude! We didn't have any water in our room one evening so couldn't flush the toilet or shower for the evening. Reported it to this girl who frankly wasn't interested. Lack of entertainment in the evening was a disappointment. All in all a great relaxing time was had.

Me and my work colleague visited for a week in August 2017. - All inclusive We were in room 702 which was on the top floor, this meant our room was very small but it did mean our balcony was much bigger. We even had sun loungers on our balcony and views of the sea. The room is very adequate, comfy beds, very small but has storage, bathroom good and cleaning brilliant. The only negative was the smell on the balcony (sewage smell). The food was brilliant, we didn't always make breakfast (hangover) but for lunch we went to both the restaurant and the snack bar and dinner was always great. Wide variety of food and restaurant staff were fantastic. The bar was where we spent most of our time (being two young females). The staff (particularly Edi and Alejandro) were very friendly, professional and made our time better. We didn't realise it was all inclusive drinks from 11am-11pm only but we didn't read the website well enough. Make sure you stack up on drinks before 11 as they are quite expensive when you have to start paying. The entertainment was pretty bad for two young females but we sorted ourselves out by making use of the all inclusive cocktails and visiting the club down the road (Disco tropicana). The security staff were amazing, as we were drunk a lot of the time (Mamado) often brought us a cup of tea when we were still at the bar past 12.00 and they were good at making sure we came home safe from the club. During the day we spent our time by the pool. They is more to the hotel on the other side but we didn't really use it. It is really a hotel of 2 halves. We didn't have a problem getting sunbeds but I did go down approx 9-10am to put towels on them. The beach is a 5-10 min walk straight down the road but we only went there once as we preferred the pool. We also enjoyed walking down to the shops. If you are young and like to party I recommend a visit to Disco Tropicana. The cleaners are brilliant, can't fault anywhere in the hotel. The reception was ok but when we arrived at 11 the room wasn't ready but she didn't give us our all inclusive bands until 12 when we went back to see if our room was ready. This meant we couldn't get a drink when we first arrived and the room wasn't ready until 1pm in the end. Overall, the holiday is what you make it and we really enjoyed it and will miss some of the staff. We wish we could have tipped Edi and Alejandro more but spent all our money. Love Danielle

Rooms need some serious work. Rooms too small( 3 of us were staying), needed some basic refreshing and some fixes to be done, no space for the basics to unpack. Very thin walls made us unable to sleep as we could hear everything from room next door. Swimming pool dirty and concrete area around the swimming pool looked too basic. Good food although service in the main bar disgraceful: very unpleasant blond lady questioning all inclusive customers why they take more than one drink( as we traveled as family we needed few), and couldn't buy drink from the inside because all inclusive is only for outside. Very confusing and disturbing. Poor air conditioning. The worst thing was the check in time12. So we had to wait an hour ( ok that was reasonable), but after an hour our room was still not ready. No one really looks after the swimming pool area. Kids over there do absolutely whatever they want and they parents mainly don't bother even looking at them. Could be very disturbing when you sit by the pool and there is constant splash of water onto tour stuff, or they play with the ball in the pool and someone constantly get hit with the ball. Additional cost for the mattress for the sun lounges is a rip off. This is not a 3 star, it is more of the 2 and rooms 1 star. Will not come back!

just back from a 7 night stay......PRO'S....lovely staff (dining and cleaning staff are excellent) , good food , free wifi , nice location . lovely pool area with plenty sunbeds . rooms are cleaned every day.......CONS ......wifi more miss than hit , pool area could do with a few more parasols and definitely needs an outside toilet , no cold meats at evening meal to go with the lovely salad...all in all despite being disturbed by youngsters for 3 nights (around 2 am) we would stay again.

We visted in June. We had a lovely holiday and were impressed with the complex as a whole. The food was good and plentiful but did not eat any meat the whole time I was there. I felt sometimes the half board guests were inferior to the all inclusive guests. The rooms were very dated and very basic. Overall a lovely complex but the rooms are in need of an update

Luna park is lovely, we stayed half board, which was great thankfully we arrived just before the summer holidays rush and this was apparent as after a while queues started to form for dinner and the kids entertainment started on our last day. The local bars and clubs are a 5-10 min walk away. Santa Susana and malgrat de mar station are a 20 min walk in either direction. The beach was not far either just find the nearest subway at the end of the road on the right. We found it cheaper to buy our own lilo and parasol to use on the beach as it is 5 euros per item for the day. Pros The food was great it was good quality and tasty - they didn't have too much of a choice and yet still had a really good selection to be satisfied. The staff were so friendly and were always kind. The bedroom was basic but the shower was great and the beds were comfy. The cocktails were great and the bar staff were always welcoming and the flamenco dancing was great on the Saturday night. Cons The television only had one English Channel - if you like bbc world news you're in for a treat. The safe cost 50 euros including a 10 euro deposit. We enquired about the free bikes but we discovered that as we were not all inclusive guests we would have to pay a 50 euro deposit and 10 euros an hour. Some nights the hotel entertainment was a little boring and some nights nothing was on which was a shame.

whilst everything was ok , some aspects of the hotel concerned me. the poolside area was ,in some parts, where sunbeds were placed, was too near the waters edge. the pool surround was constructed out of concrete, therefore children running around and enjoying themselves were in possible danger of having an accident. this can be rectified with artificial products to lay over said concrete. the restaurant was too small for the number of guests, and the a la carte menu seemed out of place in an all inclusive hotel. apart from that all the staff were very efficient in all their jobs the reception was first class. and so were the cleaning crew. hotel situation was good just a short walk from the front and sleeping was never disturbed.

This is a lovely hotel. My room is basic, but perfectly adequate. I have a king size bed that is nice and comfy. The shower has good power and is always hot. I have a nice view on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the sea. The sun shines on my balcony in the mornings. I can hear faint snores coming from next door but not enough to bother me. The swimming pool area is attractive and clean and the water temperature pleasant. Sun beds are plentiful and mattresses cost 1 euro a day. My only complaint is there are not enough umbrellas so you either get up early to claim one or spend a good part of the day in full sunshine or a shady spot. I am half board. The fruit and salad selection is wonderful, the other food all seems a little greasy to me though I am trying to maintain a diet at the moment! I have quite enjoyed some of the evening entertainment but equally enjoyed reading my book on my balcony instead. All is quiet by 11:30 PM. I am sure there is probably entertainment to be found at nearby bars if you're looking for a livelier atmosphere. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The sand seems to drop quite sharply into the sea so I'm not quite sure how safe this would be for young children. I am happy to sit and listen to the sound of the sea but haven't yet ventured in. Overall I think this hotel has been a good choice for a holiday outside of the kids school holidays.

Though the rooms advertised on Thomson were not for the side of the hotel we had booked the previous complaints on this site are a little far fetched. We had a beautifully clean room with a large, comfortable double bed and good bathroom! The rooms were a nice size and the stay was quiet and peaceful! The pool is a fair size and really well looked after with grassy areas and plenty of sun beds. The food is really well cooked, despite images portrayed by previous reviews, and if you're not picky and looking for flaws there is a great variety! The bar is great with great service! The service at night time is particularly good as the lads behind the bar are more than happy to have a laugh with you! One bartender in particular made our experience just that little bit more special, wish I'd caught his name! Would definitely recommend for a cheap, nice, relaxing holiday!

Booked this holiday last minute for a weeks stay to celebrate my birthday, we stayed in the luna park side room 603, had a lovely view of the pool and sea, room was lovely with a king size bed and very comfortable, the only thing I thought was poor quality was the lack of English tv channels you only have BBC world news, but apart from that it was a lovely room, We were on a half board basis and the food was OK , hotel staff all very polite and friendly especially the waitress SAIMN she was so lovely and very hard working she is an asset to the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back, thank you for a lovely weeks stay.
