This is a lovely hotel. My room is basic, but perfectly adequate. I have a king size bed that is nice and comfy. The shower has good power and is always hot. I have a nice view on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the sea. The sun shines on my balcony in the mornings. I can hear faint snores coming from next door but not enough to bother me. The swimming pool area is attractive and clean and the water temperature pleasant. Sun beds are plentiful and mattresses cost 1 euro a day. My only complaint is there are not enough umbrellas so you either get up early to claim one or spend a good part of the day in full sunshine or a shady spot. I am half board. The fruit and salad selection is wonderful, the other food all seems a little greasy to me though I am trying to maintain a diet at the moment! I have quite enjoyed some of the evening entertainment but equally enjoyed reading my book on my balcony instead. All is quiet by 11:30 PM. I am sure there is probably entertainment to be found at nearby bars if you're looking for a livelier atmosphere. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The sand seems to drop quite sharply into the sea so I'm not quite sure how safe this would be for young children. I am happy to sit and listen to the sound of the sea but haven't yet ventured in. Overall I think this hotel has been a good choice for a holiday outside of the kids school holidays.

Though the rooms advertised on Thomson were not for the side of the hotel we had booked the previous complaints on this site are a little far fetched. We had a beautifully clean room with a large, comfortable double bed and good bathroom! The rooms were a nice size and the stay was quiet and peaceful! The pool is a fair size and really well looked after with grassy areas and plenty of sun beds. The food is really well cooked, despite images portrayed by previous reviews, and if you're not picky and looking for flaws there is a great variety! The bar is great with great service! The service at night time is particularly good as the lads behind the bar are more than happy to have a laugh with you! One bartender in particular made our experience just that little bit more special, wish I'd caught his name! Would definitely recommend for a cheap, nice, relaxing holiday!

Booked this holiday last minute for a weeks stay to celebrate my birthday, we stayed in the luna park side room 603, had a lovely view of the pool and sea, room was lovely with a king size bed and very comfortable, the only thing I thought was poor quality was the lack of English tv channels you only have BBC world news, but apart from that it was a lovely room, We were on a half board basis and the food was OK , hotel staff all very polite and friendly especially the waitress SAIMN she was so lovely and very hard working she is an asset to the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back, thank you for a lovely weeks stay.

This hotel is good located near touristic mile with bars, restaurants, stations and beach, but still quiet. I really like the interior, so comfortable, and the garden is also a nice eye catcher. Pool is clean In my room, there is nothing left to ask for, I like it. Very friendly staff, you can even check in late in the night. But: dinner is not delicious, food quality is average (maximum), mostly deep-fridged food warmed up. But this may fit to the elderly all-inclusive guests here as long as there is enough alcohol for them anyway. But still broad variety of food is provided. The activities offered like bike tours and petanca often don't take place or guests don't seem to be interested to join. It would be better to cancel the activities or offer those in better quality (e.g. I would be willing to pay for it if I can expect a good bike tour with proper equipment). I would not recommend this hotel to single travellers as the majority of guests are elderly groups and young couples and families - all of them seek for their relaxation on their own. If you seek for making new contacts, this is probably not the right place for you.

Spent a fantastic five days here celebrating my sisters 70th Birthday. It's one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Apart from being a beautiful hotel with two swimming pools and jacuzzi, the staff are marvellous, from the housekeeping right through to reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, reception staff were very informative giving us directions and advice on where to visit and how to get there and the bar staff, particularly Edie were very polite and helpful, carrying our drinks to our table for us and the drinks measures were very generous, cocktails were especially nice and in proper glasses, not plastic like you normally get at all inclusive and we never had to take our empty glasses to the bar before ordering another. It was out of season when we went so the entertainment wasn't what we had hoped but I'm sure now the season has started the entertainment will be as good as everything else is at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Positives: food, shower & restaurants staff were superb. Negatives: very thin walls. Reception staff not helpful and just dont care, beds are the worst i have ever slept on, you could feel the springs, instead of a double bed it was 2 singlebed pushed together. Our booking said double standard room and reception stated that only the 4 star lunar club has double comfy beds. We had aches and pains the whole duration of our stay not a good night sleep. NO TEA & COFFEE MAKING FASCILITIES IN THE BEDROOM. NO MINI FRIDGE. TAP WATER IS JUST AWEFUL. NO IRON IN ROOM OR TOILETRIES. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A RELAXING ROMANTIC BREAK.

My mum and myself went to this hotel 1/10/2016 and it was beautiful, spotless tidy and smelt beautiful, every part of the 2 hotels were amazing, staff were lovely and friendly, room was cleaned every day beds made clean towels etc, couldn't find anything wrong and we were so happy we found this little gem. 5 min walk into town and beach, bus stops if you want to travel out for a day, we went to calella by taxi for a day to meet up with friends it was €16 each way but they is also a train you can get , There was always meat and fish every night, chef cooked kebabs burgers etc plenty of salad bits cooked meats, sweet pastry ice cream etc, the chef in the morning does fresh eggs, fried, omelette, boiled, and the best pancakes. We was very impressed with this hotel and would defiantly go back, if your going here you will not be disappointed.

After reading previous reviews I was more than apprehensive about my holiday however the people who have left reviews couldn't be further from the truth no issues in regards to staff...I found all to be friendly and helpful! food was fine. only issues i had was room size however you get what u pay for & evening entertainment however there are plenty of bars/clubs 5mins away as well as the train station which can take you to Barcelona in an hour!!

Staff is completely indifferent, not helpfull at all No animation which is fine during the day but pretty boring at night. You have to go out for a drink, which makes the holiday more expensive All inclusive is not all inclusive: they serve a waterish beer, lemonade from the tap en cava and wine are awfull. All in cocktails are not worth the name 'cocktail' a dash of a liqueur without label with some cheap fruit juice. Poor choice at the buffet. Showcooking during 9 days: we had 3 times sardinas, 2 times pitta. never again

Food was amazing (very good choice of meat, fish, pastries, fruits), room is ascetic but ok for the money, staff is nice and helpful except one particular girl who was not very friendly to me personally, but I don't blame her as it was my fault to not wait, yet not purposely, for the invitation to have a table in the restaurant :) The guy in yoga room was absolutely charming, I enjoyed his class a lot. Live music in the evenings added to a special Spanish taste, the overall stay over there was a good experience
