it was a nice hotel, very close to a beautiful beach. the rooms were large and comfortable. the breakfast buffet was good and they had a large variety of foods. the major issue we had was that the website listed laundry facilities and we stayed there in the middle of a lengthy trip and planned to do laundry. They do NOT have any laundry facilities as stated. They will provide laundry service, but the prices made using that impossible - it would have cost us hundreds of euros! The day shift desk staff was very unhelpful - we tried to find a laundry mat and she would not be bothered to help us at all. the second and third shift reception staff were very nice and extremely helpful.
Very convenient to beach and stores. Only my flight arrive at 6 Am and had to wait to 12pm the hotel efficiencies could be better but overall the cleanliness and value of room not bad
This hotel and location was amazing! The rooms spacious and very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I will be staying again and recommending to family and friends.
We had difficulty finding the hotel but with help from the good citizens of the city we arrived midafternoon. A very short walk to the beach and the lively restaurant and bar scene which extended into the night. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful upon arrival and departure. The room was very comfortable and although we didn't use it the pool looked great. . . . .an excellent value. A nice last night before we returned home (NYC) after 2 1/2 weeks of travel.
