This newly renovated apt is situated within walking distance of 3 great restaurants, several shops, the library and our beautiful Courtsquare. Only a short distance to Roscoe Village, breweries, wineries, Lake Park and the Kids America Complex. This apt is equipped with a kitchen, cozy living room w/ TV and a bedroom with closet. You will need to be able to handle stairs to reach these apartments located on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Enjoy being in the heart of the city and close to lots of great gems of our community. This building built in 1915, has recently been restored. We've tried to revive its charm by refinishing its beautiful original hardwood floors and embracing its original layout. These are boutique-style apartments. Bathrooms and kitchens are small, but nice. We hope you love the coziness and charm as much as we do!

Situated within a few blocks of 3 great restaurants, several shops, our Court Square, and the library, it's only a short distance to Roscoe Village, breweries, wineries, Lake Park, and Kids America Sports Complex.

You can enjoy city living and be situated close to anything you might need. Originally built as a hotel back in 1915, we've tried to keep the old charm by refinishing the original floors and embracing the basic layout.
