The pool heater had gone out, the hot tub was closed and apparently boarded up so was the sauna. I wish I would of known before booking. The toilet stopped up briefly before I was about to checkout, but it was fixed fairly quickly.
The Facility was nice and clean and staff was friendly.
Stayed for a weekend trip this hotel had everything we were looking for. Close to the fairgrounds without being to close. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was awesome! Only complaint is I wish there was a hot tub.

I found the location perfect for my trip to Waverly Hills Sanatorium. The staff were super friendly and actually got us checked in early so we could get some rest before the investigation. Very nice place. Will stay there again next trip to Waverly.

The hotel was clean and neat, the front desk was outstanding. The friendliest people imaginable. The shuttle was a disaster. The shuttle driver did not pick us up the first day after we called twice and made us wait 40 minutes on the second day. Charles is not a reliable source of transportation.
We stayed at this hotel because it was close the the concert venue that we were going to (10 min. from Iroquois Amphitheatre). The staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable! Clean, clean, clean! The carpet and everything in this hotel still looks brand new!! It's not far from Churchill Downs or the airport so easy access to lots of things in Louisville.
We were in town for the Kentucky Derby and this hotel had reasonable rates and good location to Church Hill Downs.
My honey and I had a wonderful time at this hotel and we are definitely coming back, maybe at the end of this month!!! The room was huge (got me thinking I could do some photo shoots here) and the bed was fantastically comfy. The only problem for me was that the wi-fi was a bit of a hassle to get up and running. Once you get in (there's a password and ID), their wi-fi will ask you for the user ID and password over and over again, even when you have been approved for it. I advise using Mozilla and having it remember the password. Other than that, I am in love with this hotel and I know we will be returning very soon!
