Located in the hills amid sunflowers, olive groves and vineyards, it is an ideal location to visit the art cities in Tuscany and Umbria. You can explore Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano, Siena, Montalcino and Assisi in a short drive. The Palazzo Tommasi at 750 m, Parterre at 1.8 km and Porta Montanina at 3 km are great places for sight seeing. There is horse riding and golf course at 3 km. Restaurants can be found in 2 km. General supplies is at 2 km. Cortona town center and Camucia town center are 13 kmand 9 km away respectively.
The interiors are spaciious and there is a fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings. The garden with barbecue, table and chairs is ideal for outdoor dining.
