They were so roomy i really like the style of room with a king and queen bed the only thing was we forgot our soda and we went back to retrieve it because it was not check out time and the maid drank one but all in all it was great and close to my grandsons wrestling tournament i would stay here again

Disappointed that the hot tub was not working - but the pool was very nice temperature to compensate.

The rooms are large. Newer furniture with a nice big screen. Very comfortable bed.

This was our stopping to rest point on the way to Vegas. The motel was very nice, staff was nice. I would stay here again.

Was one of the best. Spacious and roomy. Clean and great breakfast. Room was great

Hotel had inside and outside access around inside pool which was interesting. Rooms were very clean, but our outside access room door was missing the bottom weatherstripping. The staff was very responsive when we indicated the problem to them when we left. The hotel is located within walking distance to a few restaurants which is a plus.

Property is old and not well maintained. Grout in bathroom is dirty. No seal on outside door bottom insects, rain, wind, daylight etc can get in. Door lock mechanism is not maintained. Shower curtain rod is falling down. Breakfast is included but not worth the effort unless you like sugar and carbs. Entire property is worn out and needs completely remodeled. Disappointed.

Two active senior citizen couples needed an overnight place to stay after visiting Mesa Verde National Park. Very clean reasonable rooms close to the Park.

clean and comfortable rooms. easy to access from highway, would stay here again when in the area.

Compared to previous' days hotel experience in Moab this was like a tale of two motels, with the Baymont far superior. Very friendly, courteous staff, lovely large room with mountain views (of Mesa Verde) that was quiet (try and request away from the indoor pool area if possible), and great breakfast. I'm so glad I was able to stay for two nights. Place is ideal for both families, couples and even singles like myself. Lovely ambience, and it is just a tad off the main road so you don't hear much of the traffic noise.

From the pictures online, the hotel looked nice. However, in person, it was definitely not worth their asking price. As I came up to check in, I stood watching two Front Desk employees chatting in the office with an open door, checking their personal cell phones. I decided to not call out but to see how long it'll take them to actually notice that there was a guest waiting. My husband went in to ask for a bell cart and was told that if there isn't one in the lobby, he should look around, there should be one somewhere. We found hair on the bed, in the towels. Towels were worn and had holes. As someone who worked in the hospitality field for almost 10 years, I was appalled at it all! I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was dated and could use some sprucing up. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. The pool is in the middle of the complex surrounded by rooms that open out onto balconies -- if you don't like noise from all the pool occupants, ask for a room away from that area. At least the quiet hours after 10pm were observed.

Easy check-in, nice amenities. Good breakfast selections.

Nice hotel close to Mesa Verde and Four Corners, clean rooms.

Good rooms with good service. Kids liked the pool. Continental breakfast was good

No one seemed to be in charge of anything. All the vending machines were broken. Lobby coffee was not kept up~ it has potential if the the place had a good manager and help.

Kids loved the pool. Rooms were very clean. Continental breakfast was awesome.

Would tell let every one know that this place is a five star place to stay

Best value for the money we've found on our whole trip west! Large room, great bed, lovely indoor pool area, and good hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. Slight mis-match in furnishings and a few chipped corners are all that kept it from being absolutly perfect!

It's was nice. The pool was nice and warm... Just all around great.
