Village Walk 85 - Discounted Golf Cart - Close to the Beach
This comfortable and fresh three bedroom two bathroom home is located in a prime location on a corner lot in Village Walk steps from the community pool.

Master bedroom with ensuite bath offers a comfy king size bed and newly remodeled ensuite bath. Second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). The second and third bedroom share a full size bath. It is ideally suited for two couples and up to four kids.
Village Walk is conveniently situated within minutes of anything you'll want to do while visiting Port Aransas. Some of our island's favorite restaurants are just around the corner, our largest public beach is located down the street, the golf course is a mile down the street and old town Port A is a quick few minute's away.

Guest Access: Guests will be able to use entire space except locked closets. The garage is for golf carts only. All outdoor areas and garages and locked closets are covered by security cameras and record any time motion is detected.
Rates quoted are for up to 8 guests per home. No more than 8 guests may be in this home at any time.
Accurate guest counts must be provided so that we can provide sufficient towels and linens and supplies.
This house is ideally suited for 2 adults couples and some children therefor we recommend no more than 6 adults in the house if the party is adults only, or no more than 4 adults if there are children coming.
The top bunks are for children less than 100 lbs. only.
Gas grills are provided. Some properties have propane grills, and the boiling pots only use propane. We leave a couple propane tanks at the house for the grill and boiling pot burner, but there is no practical way to keep them filled, so propane is not guaranteed. Like most properties on the island, we employ the honor system, as we do not and can not monitor them. If you drew the short straw and the gas runs low or out on you, take the cylinder and pay an exchange at IGA, CVS, Ace, or Stripes. It should be around $25.
Grill cleaning is guest responsibility. If you use any of the outdoor cooking equipment, it needs to be cleaned and the drip pans emptied and ready for the next guest. We do not and can not clean the grills and boiling pots between guests. Please use paper towels and the metal grill brushes to clean the grills, not our linens or our pool cleaning equipment. If you leave the grill or boiling pot dirty for the next guest you will be charged per the rental agreement. If you check in and find the grill dirty send us pictures and we will send you $25. NOTE: Dirty is excessive food particles or full grease catch pans or actual food left in the boiling pot, not a little grease residue or a little rust on the grill or grates.
Golf Cart usage is subject to terms and conditions that are in the home rental agreement. You must complete the home rental agreement (which includes the provisions for the golf cart) including full contact details and you must text any operator's driver's license and proof of insurance to us before they operate our cart. Golf cart access and operating instructions will be provided the day of your arrival.
