We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the beach. We had no issues with parking. The staff is so friendly and treated us like family. We will be return customers for sure.
The hotel room itself was nice. The usb outlets were broken, but we made due with wall plugs. The elevator takes forever, and the AC in the lobby was not working so it was quite hot, but the room AC worked just fine. Breakfast was good and included a lot of hot and cold options. Parking is difficult though, as the spaces are tiny and too few. Overall I would stay here again

The doors to the room needs some maintenancing since you really had to shove it close to get it to latch and lock.
Okay so it's true when I booked for the holiday in the pictures show the Holiday inn across the street that's under renovation that has beachfront access. And while it was slightly disappointing to be at the express across the street, beach access was less than 3 minute walk out of the parking lot so it wasn't a deal-breaker. When we arrived we were greeted with heavy rain somewhere around 4 to 5 inches in a 24-hour period. One of our windows that was facing the beachside started leaking, when I brought this to management attention they offered to move us or provide extra towels to soak up the incoming rain. I opted to take the new room even though I knew I would lose my beach view. And of course as soon as I did that the sun came out and the rest of the weekend was perfect. They had our new room ready within 2 hours while we were out doing Beach things and getting lunch. I appreciated the attentiveness and although they were short-staffed just like almost every company in America is right now they did their best to make our hotel experience as good as it could be.
Room was very clean, and the free morning breakfast was decent. The short walk to the beach was a definite plus.
Shower door off track and very difficult to open close. Phone didn’t work. Smelled like mildew in room. No service cleaning. Handle on shower door came off and drain cover in shower kept moving off.
While the hotel was still cleaning and sanitizing they had are room ready for use thanks
Needs maintenance ,COVID seemed to be an all encompassing excuse ,nice location ,value for money not sure .
Staff was incredibly warm and helpful and location was fantastic. Huge issue: room would vibrate/shake to the point of waking us up throughout the night. Another small but notable issue: shower water pressure virtually non-existent.
Over priced even during Weekdays and majority of the rooms gives you the feeling of a motel. Except breakfast time saving, for the over price my kids got disappointed for not having beach view
We liked the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, the pool, and the breakfast, especially the two kinds of omelets and cinnamon rolls.

We loved the location and being able to walk to the beautiful beach and dine at the Boathouse. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerks were friendly and other personnel we saw walking around always said "Hello". We had four adults staying the room. I think we were short on wash cloths, bath towels and toilet paper. Although when we asked for extra, it was no problem. I really like daily maid service. We left our room at about 10 AM Saturday when it seemed maid service had just started. I was hoping to find the beds made, trash emptied and fresh towels when we returned, but was disappointed to see our room had not been cleaned. Perhaps that is standard operating procedure not to clean the room on just a two-nite stay, but it would've been a perfect experience if you had. However, with that said, we would certainly consider coming back and getting the King size bed or the 2 BR suite with the balcony.
Nice, clean, and close to the beach 🏖 . The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was variety.
