Cockroaches in the hotel

Great Locstion

Considering what I paid for the room ($400), this stay was very, very disappointing. The bathroom door was nearly impossible to open and close due to warping, toiletries were of inadequate quantities for a party of five, and the breakfast was cheap and limited, compared to our other La Quinta stays, which have generally been pleasant.

PROPERTY is very dirty

Mold in the building we could not breath with out a mask on. Pool was not safe. No food for breakfast.

It was a horrible experience. Our bed sheets were visibly soiled. When we walked into the room it didn’t seem like the bed was made or that the room had even been cleaned. There was still used room keys from the person before us. When it was time for bed we went to use our pullout sofa bed and the sheets had yellow urine stains. We took the sheets down to the front desk and they asked us to walk with them to the laundry room and place them in the basket. Then after our complaints we were moved to another room that was everything short of a “upgrade”. We would not recommend anyone stay here. It had more of a rundown “motel” feel. Wish we could’ve just got our money back and left.

Pool/whirlpool room inside door was broken off, no way out once inside. Had to use door stop in order to be able to open door by side of door. Elevator feels like it will break down or is in process of doing so. Very hard stops and starts, not smooth (thankfully only 3 floors). Room we were placed did not lock when closed, did not realize until about to leave this morning to run to store, entire door jam looks as though someone attempted (and likely succeeded) at breaking in. Just disappointed for $240 we paid!

Not very clean, rusty metal doorways, needed painting, glass doors with so many fingerprints it was hard to see through them. Room was damp and had the typical strong mildew smell you find in Corpus Christi. Front desk staff friendly. Had a domestic disturbance next door for over 4 hours, mlultiple families involved, kids running up and down the hall, things being slammed. Finally called the front desk at 12:20 am and found out that I wasn't the first to call. For the price it wasn't worth it. I could have gotten the same at any other Hotel or Motel for $50.00 cheaper. Didn't even offer a bag breakfast. Hotel being run on the cheap.

Had a room on the 3rd floor. Room had an odor(wet smell). We bought scent spray. Ceiling had a large patch from a leak. Side wall had a crack. The bathroom door would drag on tile floor. We paid 233/day because of summer rate - really!!

I like the closeness to the beach. The ice machine was broke. The coffee was horrible the room smell

There was an very unpleasant odor in the place. The staff was very nice.

A/C unit not big enough to adequately cool room of that size, we sweated all night.... hardly any sleep. Bug bites, while trying to fall asleep. Thought at first Mosquito was in room. Upon, waking the next morning.....we saw ants on lamp shades & table. Only, partial roll of toilet paper in room, Left over from previous customers. For $203.00, we should be COLD, bug free & have a clean butt!

Close to the beach! Close to dinning! Good location!

This hotel smells of mildew and cigarettes. There was a lot of places that need to be vacuumed, the hallways. The elevator was a scary ride. The bathroom vanity had paint all over it. The shower head only worked about half the time. There were no cups available in the room and I had to go get some. The room was clean. The smell was the worse. We will not go back because of that.

The entire third floor smells like urine. The pool was indoor and had a very strong chlorine smell.

Hotel location and staff are excellent, the fact the they accept pets with no extra fee is excellent too, room was ok but at night I dont know if it was the A/C or what else but it was a heavy smell of humidity, it was very bad, it didn't happened in our previous stays but I wont take the risk and wont stay again.

Staff didn't welcome they only looking you and asked for you ID and Credit card and they said sign here and give you key and that's it

perfect location near the beaches... many resturants nearby... schlitterbahn park nearby also..

We have three ice machines on property, one on each floor. One ice machine was being sanitized and cleaning so placed on out of order for temporary. All Ice machines are working and cleaned one by one for smooth operation during summer season. We will check on coffee part and will ask staff to test it more often. We may not be able to serve at all.
