The coffee pot was broken and missing parts and the mattress was harder than concrete. The sheets were so stiff .

Room was only satisfactory. I was expecting a little more.

Completely utterly disgusting facilties it should be closed down permanently

Bad experience. To noisy, dirty and the pool with unclear water. To expensive for the bad conditions.

My wife and I stayed one night at the hotel and both of us saw at least 2 living cockroaches on the carpet.

The motel needs an upgrade more then anything. Customer service was great.

1) Told check in was at 11am, drove four hours only to find we had to wait three more before our "reserved" room was available. 2) room smelled like mildew, with some type of asbestos looking mold growing out of the vent in the bathroom. 3) Floor was actually damp in places. 4) The last night there the hotel lost power due to a storm. Power was never restored all the way up to check out the next day. How does a HOTEL not have a back up generator??? We spent the night in the dark, with no AC. I personally spent the night awake, comforting my little girl, who was freaking out all night because she was in the dark, in a storm. 5) The next day at check out when I ask, "Ok, what are we going to do about last night? Do you really expect me to pay for that?" The answer I get is, "Well you did stay Sir, so yes." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE customer service. This was during Spring Break. When we reserved this room in advance there was already only one left. We had no choice but stay and they knew it. What are my other options? Sleep in my car? Guantanimo Bay would have been better. They will never see me there again.

Soft bed, fluffy pillows. Clean room and alot of breakfast choices. I was very happy here.

This hotel is horrible is dirty I stayed here for 5 nights sadly... My room was cleaned once. I went to the lobby once around 1 the lady at the front was very rud my son wanted a banana I asked her is it ok to get it she said NO its not ok we are not supposed to do that and gave me a long lecture the rooms are smelly little and with the worse staff Do yourself a favor and stay away from this people. If you don't mind guys drinking in the parking lot, your room not being clean and rud staff you can handle it. Of not stay way... Would never recommend!!!!!

It was very crowded the weekend we decided to take a getaway. Glad we booked hotel when we did. They had no rooms available when we arrived. Overall the stay at the hotel was great. The staff checking in was excellent. Very courteous and greeted us when we walked into the door. For the amount of guest they had finding a table for breakfast was a task but we were able to find one. Breakfast had a variety waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and milk. We didnt get a chance to check out the pool since the pool closed at 10pm. After sight seeing and hanging out at the beach all day it would of been great to just relax at the pool when the sun settled. Only complaint we had was Sunday we went down for breakfast and when we went back to our room the housekeepers were almost done cleaning the room so we didn't get a chance to put our sign on the beds saying we wanted our linens changed that morning.

overall the experience at this hotel was very good. the location of the hotel was perfect because it was close to the beach and the aquarium. I didd't like that the beds were smaller than what i was used to and the smell of the carpet but other than that it was good.

Was happy to see that the water scare was lifted and that the management was accommodating and worked hard to make our second day comfortable.

First room was totally nasty, 1/2 of sand and dirt in the bathtub. Was finally given a different room and not much better, don't believe they even own a vacuum cleaner. Next day came back to same sheets on the bed, bathroom not even cleaned, 1 towel for 3 people. Carpet totally disgusting needs to be vacuumed and cleaned about once a year. No coffee or shampoo, whole place is in bad shape. Would of rated - 10 if possible. Way overpriced for there rooms, 35.00 a night would be to much.

From San Antonio area having a 1 night stay and found for the most part location was very good being convenient to shopping malls, great restaurants and just most of everything you may need. Found room needing updating and did find dead roach in bathroom. Staff was helpful until experienced our night with a party of drinking guest sitting on staircase outside our room, after calling front desk around 2am to voice concern of them talking loud and using very fowl language just all the way around inconsiderate to other guest, and they stated they would have security check out never found that they made them break-up and not going to their rooms until about 4am and finding their beer cans that morning sitting out on the staircase. Reporting again as checking out and front desk stated would check into Security and verify what that did just not sure how they really wanted to handle this concern.

I frequent Corpus Christi a few times every year. I've stayed at this hotel previously. My grand-babies love the beach. Good place to stay. Not far from Padre Island and Mustang island where I frequent. Restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store not a few blocks away.

it was ok, hotel location is convenient. room is clean, though it is due for upgrading, otherwise everything is ok. parking was ok. it just has some glitch, our keys did not work at first, staff was able to replace it in a timely manner.

Hotel met expectations. Staff was professional and kind. Rooms were clean and fresh. Climate control very functional. Location well lit and easy to find. Overall experience was great. Thanks

This was a decent place. Hotels in CC can be expensive, so this was reasonable. Off the highway, but easy to get out to the seashore and pretty easy to get downtown, too.

Had a great time with my fily out there...place was nice and affordable to take family...that wasa plusss...

This was a good place to stop overnight on our way to our vacation destination. Clean and comfortable enough.
